From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

Their job is to reduce the validity of all plans and indirectly increase the tariffs. If we compare with pvt. Opts. BSNL is zero in all Metros.
