From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

For the last 10 days, there is no network on my phone at all! It got even worse. I did a 'manual network search' on my phone. Even then, the BSNL tower was completely missing from the list. In today's digital time, a network connection is everything. You tell me. how can a normal person trust BSNL in this situation?
