Finally, an arrogant customer service representative has called me, and said there is nothing they can do.. so stopped using bsnl.. they are happy for loosing customers it seems. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Worst service from BSNL as usual. Recharged with 94, which have 3 months validity, 3 days before.. From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

@BSNLEmployees @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL The same employee were mute spectator to down fall of BSNL through trade union activism, coupled with silence over lootmar before 2014 ! NDA pumped so much to revive that sinking ship! Now trade union is also revived to sabotage bsnl once again, it appears!
