@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Worst service from BSNL as usual. Recharged with 94, which have 3 months validity, 3 days before.. From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

Finally, an arrogant customer service representative has called me, and said there is nothing they can do.. so stopped using bsnl.. they are happy for loosing customers it seems. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL

@BSNLCorporate Problem is saying "Sorry" is accepted culture, once BSNL start feeling sorry, really , i mean it really sorry. things will improve. Once you feel really sorry, 16 hours with no response and action, you will not be sitting and sleeping.

why bsnl often have 3G issues? I have paid 1899 Rs for a year 3g service but cudnt finished 3gb/day in last 8 months for the slow speed and disruption of service.

@BSNLCorporate @bsnlmp @gmbsnl bank of india Atutkhas lease line from Khandwa ssa (MadhyaPradesh) down more then 19 days due to local cable issue. Official incharge of bsnl and contractor both are just passing the issue to each other. Pls try to resolve issue

@CMDBSNL @jagograhakjago BSNL does not respond ,AGM level people don't act responsible and ignore customer's call and neither acknowledge WA messages not take calls, issues remains unresolved , frustrated customer goes to other service provider. You should call for self introspection and VRS again.
