From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

Since BSNL is hardly useful for stable Wi-Fi, dependency will shift towards private telecom companies, and these companies have already increased data prices by 25% (likely to increase more in 2026-27). Regulation should happen simultaneously, not just asking people to adjust without providing an existing solution.
