From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

BSNL not getting 3G or 4G while all other private players got it definitely slowed down its growth/expansion plans. BSNL's towers paved the way for growth of private players is unquestionable. BSNL could bring much more than starlink too if only the government had the will!
