From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

But ₹1 recharge is not available online. When will it be available online. If not, pls help. Otherwise, we have to cancel porting request.

Reservation Counters at Banashankari BDA Complex Reservation Office are not working since BSNL link is down due to OFC cable being cut. Restoration of the same is under progress. Passengers are requested to visit other nearby Reservation Offices or make use of online booking through our official Apps, Rail One/IRCTC Rail Connect.
