Finally, an arrogant customer service representative has called me, and said there is nothing they can do.. so stopped using bsnl.. they are happy for loosing customers it seems. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Worst service from BSNL as usual. Recharged with 94, which have 3 months validity, 3 days before.. From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

@BSNLCorporate I have BSNL FTTH connection and I noticed one thing After 12PM everyday, connection breaks sometimes and speed get slow like 1KBps-100KBps for 2-4 hours. My exams are coming, and this connection drop issue is giving me major headache. Contact me in dm for details
