From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

Ayush (@AyushGermany) reportedBSNL broadband service is one of the worst compared to others. We pay the bills but if something happens they send their employees after 1 day or 2, sometimes it will take more than 2 days also. Unfortunately airtel and jio doesn't provide services for some rural areas in karnataka. @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate whom should I contact to solve this issue. Local employees never rectify the issue within a day. If you can't provide a proper service please don't generate the postpaid bill idiots
