From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

The officials at @BSNL_TN don't monitor the signal & bother abt such issues. @CMDBSNL - You should feel ahamed for this pathetic service.
