    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Worst service from BSNL as usual. Recharged with 94, which have 3 months validity, 3 days before.. From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

    Finally, an arrogant customer service representative has called me, and said there is nothing they can do.. so stopped using bsnl.. they are happy for loosing customers it seems. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL

    @bsnl_care I don’t know how it helps. Ia it my device problem? No it works fine with other providers. It is only BSNL that always go out of service area.

    I have shut down my Jio sim and if you can port then please port it to BSNL. Until they do not start bleeding customers nothing will change.

    @bsnl_care I flagged low speed during install, but the BSNL officer ignored it & refused to log a complaint. This "negligence by design" is how BSNL Chennai hides failures. @TRAI, investigate the Madhavaram branch for blocking grievances! 🚨 #BSNL #Chennai #TelecomScandal
