From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

And everyone forgets there is a third operator if you don’t want the above 02, BSNL. Most of India is now dependent more on Data and less on calls (WhatsApp calls thanks). Hence it only makes sense to focus on data plans and increase the ARPU
