From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

I have been a postpaid customer of bsnl for 26 years. When I enter my flat in sanhita there is no tower of bsnl because of which I am unable to contact my people, neither I receive any OTP.
