From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

It's very true that Govt has pumped a quite lot of money(Rs26,316) into BSNL as part of 4G SaturationProgram& contract has given 2 TATA. But, what's d result, no quality service.
