    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Worst service from BSNL as usual. Recharged with 94, which have 3 months validity, 3 days before.. From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

    @BSNLCorporate I got two BSNL 3G Sims replaced by 4G sims last year from BSNL Kolkata office. Till date they never got activated.

    @bsnl_care Posted a 59 seconds video at 13:10 on WhatsApp status which got uploaded at around 13:33 which means #BSNL took nearly 23 minutes 2 upload such a short vdo. Why? Coz ur 4G signal vanishes abruptly & only 'E' or no data signal is available. Such is the status of BSNL's service.

    SIR registration via ECINET App needs OTP. For BSNL sim, OTP arrives around 3.5 minutes later. Timeout is 3mins in App & 1.5mins in Web(may be App also 1.5mins and might be UI issue). So a loop of 15 re-tries to figure out this mess and root cause. No solution. Digital India.

    @bsnl_care G1026175845822 is my complaint number i am struggling for past few hours Recharge is not working in any modes in thirdparty apps and BSNL app too. I am shocked to see here a person is facing this issue for past 3 days will it work or not?
