From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

Given the current situation in the country with Airtel and Jio, it seems everyone should adopt BSNL and the government should fix the government-run BSNL. Airtel has dropped some of its plans and introduced new plans which are more costly... Would you all like to go to BSNL...?
