From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

So better to switch to netowrks like Voda or BSNL I agree BSNL’s network is weak but they will upgrade once they see people switching

While other carriers constantly improve indoor coverage BSNL is so poor that the network itself isn't available at certain corners of the home. I regret porting.
