From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

Also if we call ur cust care 1503, it is not connecting. Raised multiple complaints, but comps were closed w/o rectifying the issue. Are u ppl not ahamed to post this, with such issues.
