From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

They issued me a replacement SIM after Aadhaar verification and ₹60 payment, assuring activation within 6 hours. It has now been 7 days and it is still not activated.
