    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Worst service from BSNL as usual. Recharged with 94, which have 3 months validity, 3 days before.. From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

    Finally, an arrogant customer service representative has called me, and said there is nothing they can do.. so stopped using bsnl.. they are happy for loosing customers it seems. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL

    @techie_pragati True. I have 2 sim. Jio and VI. I changed my VI sim to BSNL in last December. I have to leave my house to get proper network. I can't communicate inside my house. There's BSNL office in 100m range. From few days i getting zero network in my sim in day times.

    Thank you for registering the complaint. However, the issue in Kusumi village, Kotpad, Koraput is long pending. There is still no BSNL network and residents are unable to receive OTPs. Kindly prioritise and share a resolution timeline @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India

    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL I am unable to use my new BSNL SIM. Also my area has no network of BSNL. Please develop your network coverage. If you need land for installing the Tower you can use my land but please develop the network coverage in my area.

    @bsnl_care Tried since 5 days of validity pack expiry date & today is the last day of validity pack ...still problem not solved .....who will pay for BSNL faulty service where even call not connecting in any emergency situation ....feels like BSNL is forcing to stay in with faulty service

    Hello @BSNLCorporate my 78 yrs old father uses Bsnl number , whenever he do outgoing calls he is forced to hear your outgoing announcement promotion which confuses him and he keep saying hello hello thinking someone is speaking whom he called in first place , I called customer care to disable this outgoing promotional announcement offers which we are not interested, but customer care refused to act @TRAI why are we forced like this , what’s the legal way to stop this nonsense
