From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

Anand Sri (@anand_ttr) reported@BSNLCorporate Made a mistake of taking #BSNL connection. It doesn't connect to 4G, but connects to 2G/3G. Also calls getting disconnected. The officials at @BSNL_TN don't monitor the signal & bother abt such issues. @CMDBSNL - You should feel ahamed for this pathetic service.

But ₹1 recharge is not available online. When will it be available online. If not, pls help. Otherwise, we have to cancel porting request.
