    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Worst service from BSNL as usual. Recharged with 94, which have 3 months validity, 3 days before.. From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

    Finally, an arrogant customer service representative has called me, and said there is nothing they can do.. so stopped using bsnl.. they are happy for loosing customers it seems. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL

    @BSNLCorporate When will bsnl stop playing just by taking complaints over frequent tower signal cut due to non availability of UPS in sokkanur,642109?? Morning 5.45 to 6.10 am, no tower due to no power. How to use net,bank OTP atleast on emergency? No solution for many months. Losing trust..

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl saying that new tower is planned!! What a ****? When requested to fix the problem in current tower by fixing UPS, bsnl is saying about new tower. Do bringing new tower is solution to fix UPS in old tower? @PMOIndia @narendramodi is this the way bsnl working??
