From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

Consequently, we tried calling Customer Care, but they are not answering either. We require a response as soon as possible, and we absolutely demand a resolution to this issue

Please reduce the cost the normal people don't use somebody much internet and each place the connectivity is slow not faster. So BSNL having government support can provide this service at less price. Also make 1gb plan per day in a month.
