    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Worst service from BSNL as usual. Recharged with 94, which have 3 months validity, 3 days before.. From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

    @gajanan137 Kaka I don't agree with you on this. Mtnl and Bsnl were doomed to go bankrupt. It is the congress legacy. Please don't blame Mr Lodha. MTNL AND BSNL HAD OPPORTUNITY TO FIGHT WITH AIRTEL JIO VODAFONE WAS AVAILABLE BUT THEY WERE SO MUCH SURE OF GOVT SUPPORT

    @BSNL_KOTD Please maintain your infrastructure to cater the basic call & SMS service. Forget 4G/5G. No OTP / normal SMS is getting delivered in BSNL number from last 4 hrs. customer care are asking to wait another 1 hr. @BSNLCorporate

    Been a customer of BSNL for about 30 years with landline and internet connection to number 03322875719. Had to surrender the connection for poor service 2 years ago. Submitted documents to officials for refund of Rs.2800/- approx. with regular follow up. No action. Why?

    @BSNLCorporate There is fiber break out at know place, field officer is aware about it. But he is asking for money and we refused to give up. Can you ask him to fix fiber. Have raised multiple complaint but it resolved by BSNL without fixing the issue. When we talk to him he is very rude.

    @BSNL_JK @BSNLCorporate Bsnl fiber is not working from last 6 days, service is down in some adjacent areas of Pampore, Service operator is not responding, We as students are suffering a lot due to the Service downfall. So, kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

    Could you make your officer accountable? The concern officer's email id nor phone number working. Tried calling your officer on 08023550524, but it doesn't work. BSNL officer confirmed, line is correct but internal wiring issue in your department. When can I expect this to work?

    @BSNLCorporate My bsnl sim network not working from last night. It's kolkata number. This is very disgusting company. There's no any all india customer support number available in company.
