From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

Who will be ready to join you without proper service & no 5G but recharge with high cost. Bsnl is better as per their tariff & service.

Complaint was promptly closed without even rectifying. Earlier too I have raised this issue on CPGRAMS. No response.
