@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Worst service from BSNL as usual. Recharged with 94, which have 3 months validity, 3 days before.. From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

Finally, an arrogant customer service representative has called me, and said there is nothing they can do.. so stopped using bsnl.. they are happy for loosing customers it seems. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL

@thekaipullai Almost all pilot projects in Indian telecom industry gets done at BSNL. They have testing infra. The vendors take the solution developed at BSNL to other telcos.

@BSNLCorporate , My BSNL SIM is not detected in my phone, I have checked it with other SIM and it's getting detected, but there's particularly problem with BSNL SIM, it stopped working since last night. Kindly look into it. I have not received any call back since I asked for it.

@krithikasivasw During the floods in Chennai and Kerala - remember #BSNL were the biggest service providers. My entire flat depended on my BSNL landline for their worries and enquiries. Revival will restore the glory of BSNL which has brilliant young talent, recruited through GATE and direct.

@MatungaMami @marinebharat Just shut down MTNL. There's absolutely no justification for continuing it any further. No need to even merge with BSNL. On disinvestment/privatization, government has been mostly duplicitous. Quite unfortunately really.
