I subscribed for ACT internet services at Bangalore in January, as BSNL was uncertain. Till date, it is not working properly, half speed, not accessible in other areas of house. Service is pathetic. They avoid calls and SR is still not closed. Be aware!

When there is maintenance work done we are not notified, directly connection is disconnected. Is bsnl not having good Engineers to solve the problem? We are paying full bill but I think it is not worth.

@BSNL_PB I am Lakshmanan having BSNL prepaid connection on 7373158373 In my native place KURUVANKOTTAI--627853 there is no 2G & 3G coverage.Due to this it always shows Emergency Signal in indoor and very bad voice service in the outdoor.There is No internet facilities like 3G& 4G
