    @BSNLCorporate In the BSNL Selfcare app, if you select a UPI payment app, it doesn't divert to the UPI apps installed on the phone; instead, an error occurs. The other option provided is to scan a QR code displayed on the scree. When I complained about this to BSNL customer care,

    @BSNLEmployees Bsnl employees are very bad our broadband was not functional for 25 days they were not after calling district head they fixed within 1 day

    @bsnl_care As expected, same response again — without addressing the actual issue of my entire village. Received this message: “Dear customer, your docket has been closed. Docket Number: D2011139005704 – BSNL Call Centre.” Closing complaints is easy, solving them is what matters.
