Hey @BSNLCorporate I bought a new BSNL sim prepaid connection from @10digiapp sim shows network signal but for tele verification call could not be connecting, even customer care no. Is not connecting. Please help how to activate my sim. Tried putting sim in other phone as well.

@BSNLCorporate it’s a high density populated area with lot of apartments. It’s really surprising that there is no tower for BSNL in our area. If we get good BSNL signal most of us will switch to BSNL. Existing mobile networks are just useless and we are living with it.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Our phone number is 26604438 (Ahmedabad) My 78 yr old mother live by herself in Ahmedabad Her landline phone is out of service Since last 20 days. We made numerous complaints to BSNL and no response She has no other way to contact with us. Hoping to get help.

@BSNLCorporate Recently I have purchased a BSNL prepaid SIM to check if I get a decent mobile signal in my location. But it’s says no mobile coverage unfortunately. My location is Prashanthi hills, Nizampet, Hyderabad-500090. Nearest tower is 1 km far it seems. (1/2)
