@BSNL_JKD sir, I am not able to add account in BSNL selfcare portal. I have already complaint in customer care but no action has been taken yet. I am facing this issue since last one year. Every time they told me to wait for 24 hours god knows when this 24 hour come.

@BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate My wi-fi broad-band network not working last 10 days, we are randomly request local bsnl Official for prepare it.. They are not listening , further they are suggest complain at upper level, we r calling customer care regularly but number was not reachable

@BSNLCorporate I went to Bsnl Office to enquire about SIP service from bsnl, sadly no one know about what it is. Then tried bsnl website to put up request, OTP is not getting delivered. Bsnl don't even have a dedicate number for enterprises.

@BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw landline completely out of order. Every time the line gets disconnected while repairing the highway Road.. #bsnl never forgets to raise a bill even when the service is not restored.. when will the connection be restored???

And don't forget to solve both of my issue. Else Complaint will be registered in District Court as you have cheated National Consumer Court

@ndtv kindly raise the issue so that the grevience fall to the deaf ears of BSNL. They have become so arrogant that customer doesn't mean anything to them.
