    @ViCustomerCare Yes I will go with vi soon ,if my problem will not fixed by BSNL ,by the way I am already using vi it's network is tremendous but only one thing missing in my area that is 5g , place motihari 845402

    A BSNL tower has been installed in Thara Khunji village, Amri Block, West Karbi Anglong, Assam, but the network coverage is very poor. Residents are facing difficulties with mobile calls and internet services due to weak signal strength. @BSNLCorporate

    India's biggest telecom problem is the lack of a strong third player. It's either Airtel or Jio. Fed up with both, I wanted to try BSNL or RailTel. Registered on their websites, but never received a single call. Meanwhile, Jio sent multiple messages within days. Today, frustrated with Airtel's internet issues, I switched to Jio. But Within hours, the connection stopped working. What's even more frustrating is the complaint process. Started a chat at 4 PM, waited until 5 :10 PM with no response. Diagnostics showed "No Issues Found" while the internet was down. The installation engineer spent more time explaining TV channels than explaining how to raise a complaint or get support. When it takes 2 hours just to report a fault, imagine the customer's frustration. And BSNL should seriously introspect. Despite being a government-backed operator, basic customer acquisition and responsiveness remain a challenge. Taxpayers deserve much better πŸ˜” @JM_Scindia @DoT_India

    @bsnl_care Hi BSNL.. Your call and internet services are excellent in urban areas; however, while call quality is good in rural areas, I feel the internet service there needs further improvement.

    @checkmike123123 @IndiaNewGen Making all PSUs profitable would mean firing most employees guru.... The right way to do it is to do what they are with HAL and BSNL. It shows in how tax rates have come down over the last decade. Jaitley-Nirmala-Piyush have been good at their jobs
