    BSNL Maruthuroad Palakkad seems to be very casual in issues of reconnection of FTTH broadband services. After umpteen letters of correspondence & calls to them from 20th of February 2022 with request & plea,no response. Harrassing of Customers has become part & parcel in BSNL now

    Ist sad state of affairs at BSNL Palakkad,Circle wherein Help line no 1500 & customer care numbers had not be functioning ,nor any Senior Personnel's from Bsnl responding to complaints. Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

    Wonder if Wifi,Telephone services come under essential commodities act,since communication is a fundamental right of the people . Then why isn't Bsnl ,Palakkad ,Kerala circle responding to customer calls & Bsnl Personnel's in respective offices casual about complaints registered.

    Reliable sources tell us that with heavy VRS opted by employees of BSNL in the Kerala Circles ,the customer services & complaints resolution had been hit ,with virtually no action on this being taken for strange reason. Senior Manager's also indifferent to the issue these days .

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI @DoT_India Why BSNL is not letting customers Port out of their network. Every time you text PORT<space>mobile number to 1900 from BSNL, it responded back with "Invalid request" and deduct 1.20 INR for every text sent.

    @BSNLCorporate same problem again last time issue resolved after 7 days now again it's been 2 days. With such services how can a person work from home. BSNL took around 5k and installed cheap chinees router that restarts itself and in last 4 month connection hardly worked properly. Please help

    @DoT_India @PMOIndia Sir/Madam, I am using airtel mobile no. from almost 15 years now. But recently I am using bsnl as my primary no. (Big recharge) & airtel as secondary (small 49, 79, now 99 Rc pack) due to some network issues, but my airtel no. linked with bank acc... Contd.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Respected Sir, we the people of NAC SORADA, Ganjam, Odisha, pin-761108, draw your attention towards the network issue of BSNL. When there is a power cut, we are unable to do our works and calls etc. as there is no signals from BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate No issues, i was using BSNL ftth for the last one year with its all goodness. And now i am giving disconnection notice. Bcz if they have this attitude it will be headache for me for sure. so you loose one customer.

    No Bsnl 4g In Our Area Till now... Only 3g..its 2021 atleast there should 4G in our area as all other network providers have 4g.... @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate As in my area there is university then also no 4g in my town... Plzz look Here upgrade the towers
