Ist sad state of affairs at BSNL Palakkad,Circle wherein Help line no 1500 & customer care numbers had not be functioning ,nor any Senior Personnel's from Bsnl responding to complaints. Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

Wonder if Wifi,Telephone services come under essential commodities act,since communication is a fundamental right of the people . Then why isn't Bsnl ,Palakkad ,Kerala circle responding to customer calls & Bsnl Personnel's in respective offices casual about complaints registered.

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 any ring for several seconds... resolve plz...this sim was purchased from Faridabad NCR Circle and now being used at Chandigarh Punjab Circle...also changed SIM to 4G but still problem exists....take care of bsnl and its few customers plz....

Hello @Miteshhgadhavi, Gujarat mein Jio se better options hain Airtel aur Vi. Airtel ki reliability aur customer service behtar hai, with consistent speeds. Vi ne 4G speed mein lead kiya hai (17.4 Mbps, Jio se 22% faster per recent reports). BSNL budget mein achha, lekin coverage kam. Area-specific check karo via Opensignal app. Switch karne se pehle trial SIM le lo!

@BSNLCorporate what is the point of upgrading, if we are getting signal properly. In cities like Hyderabad we are facing poor connectivity. In Nellore it is worst. Before asking people to upgrade and use BSNL, make sure you are providing good network connectivity
