    @ramapriya1989 @rsprasad @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Looks like this is an all India phenomenon. BSNL linemen say the problem in the cable & the cablemen are on strike - I mean this really is atrocius & incompetent on the part of @BSNL_KL

    Wonder if Wifi,Telephone services come under essential commodities act,since communication is a fundamental right of the people . Then why isn't Bsnl ,Palakkad ,Kerala circle responding to customer calls & Bsnl Personnel's in respective offices casual about complaints registered.

    Ist sad state of affairs at BSNL Palakkad,Circle wherein Help line no 1500 & customer care numbers had not be functioning ,nor any Senior Personnel's from Bsnl responding to complaints. Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir i have been following up with BSNL team to resolve my issue, no proper action taken, please SHUT down BSNL, it's uselss,made 150+call in last 5 days,always system down,hope this tweet resolve my issue, A/c No.1027127596 Tel No.0755299533

    @BSNL_KOTD Around this area which is mentioned ,BSNL users not able to make calls only internet working and area covers under 4g network now Calling issue facing , out going and incoming both are not working

    @BharatFibreFTTH @BsnlFiber In area pin -415615 in ratnagiri, Maharashtra wifi service is down from last 2 to 3 days and in every month wifi service is down for 2 to 3hour. Then can bsnl or bharat fiber reduce the bill charges?

    In 3 days my fiber is blink red light and no one fiber supporter in my area not response and no one pick up my calls .it is like provider bsnl hooliganism and no one suppert and all my many wasteges Please solve my problem Sindhari(BARMER) KHETLAJI COLONY

    @BSNLCorporate And the tradition of disconnecting the wifi twice in a day continues.....I registered a complaint to the consumer care.....and guess what I didn't give any confirmation to Bsnl that my issue Is resolved I didn't get call from bsnl still got the msg that my issue has been resolved
