Wonder if Wifi,Telephone services come under essential commodities act,since communication is a fundamental right of the people . Then why isn't Bsnl ,Palakkad ,Kerala circle responding to customer calls & Bsnl Personnel's in respective offices casual about complaints registered.

Reliable sources tell us that with heavy VRS opted by employees of BSNL in the Kerala Circles ,the customer services & complaints resolution had been hit ,with virtually no action on this being taken for strange reason. Senior Manager's also indifferent to the issue these days .

Ist sad state of affairs at BSNL Palakkad,Circle wherein Help line no 1500 & customer care numbers had not be functioning ,nor any Senior Personnel's from Bsnl responding to complaints. Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

BSNL Maruthuroad Palakkad seems to be very casual in issues of reconnection of FTTH broadband services. After umpteen letters of correspondence & calls to them from 20th of February 2022 with request & plea,no response. Harrassing of Customers has become part & parcel in BSNL now

BSNL Ferozepur/Zira Hello Sir, I am manager of Sunadarm Finance Ltd. Zira Branch. For last 5 days our Branch net service not working and I have regular calling to Bsnl office zira and Ferozepur. But not proper responding and still we suffer the net problems. Very Bad service

I am informing my BSNL mobile no 9434369366.I block the SIM for losing my mobile.but after replacing my SIM.I complain to the bsnl care on Sunday.Customer care was told to wait 72hours.72 hours later, the sim block was not opened. Plz help open the SIM block as soon as possible.

Excellent broadband service by SNTPL in Srinagar so far. We did face some problems during the day but they were promptly resolved after complaint. BSNL fiber is dysfunctional this week for the fourth time.
