    Ist sad state of affairs at BSNL Palakkad,Circle wherein Help line no 1500 & customer care numbers had not be functioning ,nor any Senior Personnel's from Bsnl responding to complaints. Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

    @ramapriya1989 @rsprasad @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Looks like this is an all India phenomenon. BSNL linemen say the problem in the cable & the cablemen are on strike - I mean this really is atrocius & incompetent on the part of @BSNL_KL

    @BSNLCorporate my mother is hospitalised due yo COVID. We don't have enough funds kindly pay us our rent and difference otherwise BSNL shall be responsible if there's any health issue due to shortage of money.

    When i regret to transfer this message, they both are telling me bsnl officer, when i says that i want to clarify your message& clarify your id regarding UPC CODE they says in abusing form, & telling do you trust us or not, when i say i want to clarify you on customer care.

    @BSNLCorporate I have paid around 13500₹ for connection for bsnl franchise which was suggested by bsnl team and I had spoke with bsnl supervisor in my locality the wireing issues is going on from past 3 months.i can provide full screenshot of follow-up from 3 months.

    My experience with BSNL in Goa has just one big negative, the complaint resolution. I am on my 5th day without phone or broadband and no resolution as yet. I would request @pgm_goa_bsnl to kindly look into this

    @BSNLCorporate I have paide BSNL BROADBAND BILL on 29th April ( 07156-225707).My money get deducted and I also got sms from bank saying money paid BSNL. But still my payment is not reflected in BSNL SELF CARE PORTAL and still it is showing bill is not paid yet. Please help me
