    Ist sad state of affairs at BSNL Palakkad,Circle wherein Help line no 1500 & customer care numbers had not be functioning ,nor any Senior Personnel's from Bsnl responding to complaints. Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

    @ramapriya1989 @rsprasad @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Looks like this is an all India phenomenon. BSNL linemen say the problem in the cable & the cablemen are on strike - I mean this really is atrocius & incompetent on the part of @BSNL_KL

    Reliable sources tell us that with heavy VRS opted by employees of BSNL in the Kerala Circles ,the customer services & complaints resolution had been hit ,with virtually no action on this being taken for strange reason. Senior Manager's also indifferent to the issue these days .

    Wonder if Wifi,Telephone services come under essential commodities act,since communication is a fundamental right of the people . Then why isn't Bsnl ,Palakkad ,Kerala circle responding to customer calls & Bsnl Personnel's in respective offices casual about complaints registered.

    @BSNLCorporate Now complained booked 3 days before and received call from jammu bsnl office and kathua office of bsnl but problem still not fixed...still phone is dead .....no permanent solution for my connection no service in the city why opened bsnl and who will pay the bill

    @thetopgun04 @StratManOn @KWecare Whats the problem is when you allow Pvt players in unregualted they will do predatory pricing policies like Jio and monopolise the markets & cause APMC broke like BSNL and obsolete. Then they will decide whats the price is & force farmers to sell them because of market monopoly.

    @frontierindica Unable to pay mu bsnl online through HDFC bank since the start of 2020 though had been doing that eariler for years Don't know what issue does it have with HDFC bank now

    Revival plan of MTNL &BSNL needs cultural changes in its work with dynamic &progressive ideas.They have to provide better competitive & prompt services.They should't be hand in hand with private service providers and causing loss to govt once again.

    @KanganaTeam The problem in farm bills If u remember jio offered free net Which led to decline of many companies including BSNL(government) And same is the case here If the company can offer free data So the company can buy food at price 2 time MSP And will led to decline of mandi system
