Wonder if Wifi,Telephone services come under essential commodities act,since communication is a fundamental right of the people . Then why isn't Bsnl ,Palakkad ,Kerala circle responding to customer calls & Bsnl Personnel's in respective offices casual about complaints registered.

Ist sad state of affairs at BSNL Palakkad,Circle wherein Help line no 1500 & customer care numbers had not be functioning ,nor any Senior Personnel's from Bsnl responding to complaints. Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

Hello Sir @CMDBSNL, from past 10-15 days the BSNL fiber is not working properly in Varanasi. Upon complaining at various levels we hear that it's being worked upon. This is causing lot of issues while working. Requesting your help. @RavindraMoS_IC

@Nishant42397787 We have BSNL fibre in our area which is equally good but I didn’t have time to go to BSNL office and fill the form so skipped it and took Hathway. Now if I face problem with Hathway too much, I will take time to visit BSNL.

It seems like @BSNL_TN have already privatised the BSNL Network. Their employees on complaint redressal side says that "those can be handle only by them; this is nothing to do with @BSNLCorporate" Dont know why union ministry tries to implement 4G for privatised" @the_hindu

@BSNL_KL I have been facing bsnl connection issues.Connection: 9061563196.Modem is not working and I went to nearby bsnl exchange office ( Thiruvallur section, Vadakara) but sadly no-one has responded from the office and it is still closed, but there are people inside the office
