Ist sad state of affairs at BSNL Palakkad,Circle wherein Help line no 1500 & customer care numbers had not be functioning ,nor any Senior Personnel's from Bsnl responding to complaints. Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

Wonder if Wifi,Telephone services come under essential commodities act,since communication is a fundamental right of the people . Then why isn't Bsnl ,Palakkad ,Kerala circle responding to customer calls & Bsnl Personnel's in respective offices casual about complaints registered.

Reliable sources tell us that with heavy VRS opted by employees of BSNL in the Kerala Circles ,the customer services & complaints resolution had been hit ,with virtually no action on this being taken for strange reason. Senior Manager's also indifferent to the issue these days .

@BSNLCorporate @haryanabsnl @BSNL_HR We complaint for mobile network to care many times but no action. We are extremely surprised to see that bsnl don't have any power backup because network are only available when there is gov power electricity available else no service.

@DoT_India is there any regulation to monitor how bsnl is looting in name of providing service. I was told it costs 5k for ftth connection, but they charged me 6500 at end. And provided connection after 1 month and i was charged for entire month where i have no connection at all

@BSNLCorporate I switched to bsnl fibre premium plus plan hoping for close to 200 mbps speed but i am not even getting half of that. Please help me switch back to Fibre Value plan with 100mbps. There is no downgrade option on selfcare portal.

@BSNLCorporate Recharged my no. 8266930178 through mobikwik. Amount deducted but recharge not done. Mobikwik shared an operator Id(3939699758) saying it is successful. BSNL customer care not replying to my e mails nor attending phone calls also..

How long the Government will support BSNL with huge funds & several crutches? I fail to understand that Government has already seen Air India & burnt their hands, why another experiment? Private players are vying for 5G spectrum & BSNL with incompetent staff is yet to start 4G!!

@DTDCIndia Hey ur kolkata delivery guys never call customers as company does not give calling charges to them. As they use bsnl they don't have unlimited plans. I NEVER GET ORDERS THEY MARK My ORDERS AS CUSTOMER REJECTED.Even they don't visit my home also cod order no delivery.

@bsnl_ap_circle This is very bad. If the Power goes out, the BSNL signal will go down in our area. We don't want to change to another network. WE like BSLN much . I hope you will show a solution to this problem soon without giving us another chance to change another network

@BSNL_CHTD Wonder why we are unable to activate a plan.. amount gets debited but recharge shows failed. Amazon states #bsnl is facing intermittent issues so does not proceed to payment recharge due to fluctuations. Please fix the issue.
