    Ist sad state of affairs at BSNL Palakkad,Circle wherein Help line no 1500 & customer care numbers had not be functioning ,nor any Senior Personnel's from Bsnl responding to complaints. Thorough investigation into nexus btw Bsnl & private net service providers probably in Kerala.

    Before Jio, BSNL use to give 1GB internet a month for rupees 299. Sim activation took 6 days minimum. And customer service was on moral charity of officer. Yes, we deserve public sector at least it kept us away from roads protests by keeping us busy in never ending queues.

    @BSNL_JKD @BSNLCorporate I use to port my no. JIO to BSNL befor 4~5days back, yesterday network showing in my phone,then I dail 1507 for tele verification but call is not connecting,I use to call at 1503 but thier is no one pick my phone, waiting time more then half n hour Ram

    Worst network of India is Airtel.. no resolution of complaints, i complaining since from last 11 months no action taken...worst internet service ..they provide worst service of internet..bsnl 3 G far better than Airtel..4G etc..never ever use. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI

    @BSNLCorporate I am using bsnl mobile in balkeshwar,Agra ,Uttar Pradesh but there is big issue in 3g network in indoor no network issue.please provide Agra Uttar Pradesh 3G GM office or any other contact.
