I was not able to get Netflix on both WiFi and LAN but they fixed the issue but again it was not working smoothly on WiFi. So I brought a router and it completely fixed the issue. You should contact bsnl soon.

Unfortunately due to unsatisfactory customer service, all corporate customers changed to private operators. Every employee has to introspect.

Had to post about it publicly to get it resolved, they escalated and switched me to 4G only after that post got traction.
