    At one time the 5th or 6th largest telecom in the world, BSNL. Today its a ghost co with poor service, inept mgmt, zero passion among employees and corruption.

    @ANI Same condition all over India nd even after filing complain for poor internet connection no response from thr side. Max time thr is no network in bsnl. U r taking money in time then while giving service why customer face problems. It's our request please improve it.

    @BSNLCorporate It's Been 2 month of bsnl fiber connection. From past 1 month Internet connection is getting disconnected in every 2 days And that is too for long hours Please resolve this issue if it remains same then I have to move to other services provider This is frustrating

    @pravesh814 Bro live in reality. Am using jio finer since pandemic started. got connection during lockdown. Not a single day internet was down. Before that I used @youbroadband for 3 years. they had good internet speed by poor customer service. BSNL employee didn’t evem respond.

    @ORTHODOX_MIND BSNL should have politely asked for that info on DM. Releasing your customer's dues in public is rude, even if its the customer's fault.

    @senanimeshgupta @reliancejio Fibre service is not possible where there is hilly and uneven surface area. GSM technology is the best solution but BSNL service is completely bad.

    My YouTube works well with the BSNL and rest of the things are just okay.. Not bad I'll say. Also, the service providers comes for help immediately after complain. Government can do much better with BSNL by reforming certain things..
