    Called customer care 10+ times but no resolution. Visited BSNL office in Karad (Satara), they said my SIM is from MP circle and I must go there. Is it practical to travel to another state for this issue?

    For each subscriber disconnection due to bad customer service, BSNL has to payback Rs. 1 lac to government as a penalty. Hard earned Public money is going waste in the form capital infusion to BSNL.

    @bsnl_care Why the drama? Y do u need my details? I switchd to BSNL 4 cheapr plans, but d experience ws terrible. For a whole year-no propr calls, no OTPs, barely any internet. Complaints wnt nowhere. Finally switchd prviders, and d differnce is huge. Shuld’ve done it sooner. #bsnlIsShit
