    @BSNLCorporate I am using bsnl from 2008 from my school time why you are not launching 4g in himachal I am from Hamirpur and your H plus network strength is weak everywhere you have coverage no doubt about it but weak signal everywhere in india fix that in h plus and launch 4g asap

    No resolution done so far, whenever we do complain we get call from BSNL office and they talk very rudely,I have taken a annual pack otherwise I would have switched to the private operators contact 9454344697 Shiv Pal Singh please resolve the issue

    @BSNLCorporate @narendramodi @AshwiniVaishnaw I face problem with bsnl airfibre. They don't provide internet. Since morning, i don't have internet. Bsnl does this 3 to 4 times in a month. Government employees are sleeping. They don't want to help when i call to customer care.

    Kindly deactivate the service on Ftth(0621-2951111). I have applied the application BSNL MUZAFFARPUR on 22-09-22 but it's still active @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw KINDLY SHUT DOWN THE BSNL SERVICE/OFFICE. IT'S OF NO USE.

    @CMDBSNL @AshwiniVaishnaw sir BSNL tower in ITI Colony Raebareli UP East goes down every time power cut take place in the colony,GPRS signal catches from other tower but no internet and frequent call drops take place,many times reported this problem earlier also.

    @BSNL_UPE @TRAI @BSNLCorporate What documents are acceptable for upgrading from old sim to new sim? I'm already a bsnl customer and want to upgrade to new sim. Is PAN DL or voter ID accepted or is it Aadhar only?

    @rxnxeleven @e4elvin @yabhishekhd Jio might have their own fiber network. I had done Industrial visit in BSNL exchange, learnt about National Backbone. I can vouch there are lot of dedicated and passionate employees in BSNL, but they are let down by marketing and Customer Relations. BSNL shouldn't be privatised.

    @praveenraj1961 @sandeep_PT But are employees of bsnl really ready to be in competition with private sector.. even today when ever I go to bsnl office, i see only lethargy over that older the employee, the bossy he becomes even with customer. Trade unionism, unacceptablity haa destroyed it.

    @DoT_India If there is no power in my locality then there will be no @BSNLCorporate signal. Internet services of BSNL UPeast is a nightmare! Losing our time & Hard earned money. Please cancel the license of #BSNL immediately 😡 for not providing Voice&Internet Location 225305
