    Last week a minor improvement but Again same issues since morning. What you say now ? If you are unable to provide us better service then let us know we will switch to airtel or bsnl. Airtel don't have any issue at this place then why you have. @jio @airtelindia

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am Suraj Shanbhag. I have FTTH broadband connection. My account number is 9039525894 & phone no. is 08382295393. I want to downgrade my plan to the basic Fibre plan. Unable to go to near BSNL office & no option in self-care portal. Please help.

    @CGMTUPW @GmBSNLNoida Due to rampant corruption in bsnl want to surender 0120-2406058. Several complaints were lodged towards non functioning of internet. all were closed every time after 2-3 days as set right whereas it was never set right. canbe verified from my complaint log.
