    Apart from this, the customer service of BSNL is just terrible, not being in the private sector doesn't give anyone rights to exploit their positions, none of my queries were answered and I was yelled upon. Do we need to teach them basic etiquette too? @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi BSNL doesn't know how to talk to customers, attitude is very worst, 1st this has to change, all their salaries/perks should be tied to amount of business they make..they are very Rude

    @DoT_India How am I supposed to contact the relevant authority? I need one point of contact. I am just tired of calling BSNL customer care and I can't tolerate their exploitation of authority anymore.

    @PrabhakaranSays @Mystic_Tamil Coming from a reputable source such as sun news whose founders that scammed 2000plus crore on 2g license scam that now has l3d to downfall of bsnl and money gone that could have provided funds for hospitals. I love how they treat people fairly now without asking forgiveness.

    @BSNLCorporate How can I port my BSNL krushi sim to other? I tried calling customer, but none of them given me the satisfictory answer. It is a krushi plan sim! So recharge of 147 is not working. Please tell me the recharge will work in porting. Thank you! @BSNL_KOTD @BSNL_KL

    Described above issues we are reported to our nearest BSNL office basta.Despite of knowing this issue they can't respond to us since 6month. So it's our humble request to you please solve our problems and provide good service with internet connectivity & calling.

    @RameshIyer_ @ajfrod Check trai data what bsnl has !! If all three can join then also can’t buy bsnl network of fiber they already in bank loan how can any pvt operator has capacity to run it ! 1 month before one pvt operator owner ready to sale his 26% stake at free !

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw It's been almost a month u promised me ull be erecting a additional BTS for better coverage but I don't see additional BTS erected against my complaint, Telecom minister recently launched 4G, I request BSNL to provide standard 3G service first then step into 4G.

    @BSNLCorporate i have been facing extremely slow speed on bsnl fiber for past 2 week. But inspite of repeated complaints no one helps. my telephone no is 6758296452..a/c no 8008142515 .. Nimapada , Puri, Odisha... no other options except disconnecting this horrible service.
