@BSNLCorporate at this point jio 4g sim internet is better than bsnl fiber. Its been over a week with no internet. People at local office not answering any call. Made a complaint through customer care no. and its marked resolved without even resolving the issue.

My Jio network doesn’t function properly ! My tweets don’t load !! I’m using Wi-Fi most of the time !!!! Where are we even heading !? Airtel has a prob ! Bsnl has issues ! Now Jio has gone to dogs ! God save us 😒!

@hariharanjaga @ViCustomerCare If you are using IPhone then, you won’t get good reception from #vi. Because it is not compatible with iPhone . If you use even BSNL you will see huge difference. #vi worst service.

Internet is not working for past 2 days. 07270-270212 Raised a complaint 1060653824, marked as resolved without any solution. Raised another complaint 1060655737, still Internet services are not up. is this how Fiber service provided by BSNL ? @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MP_Circle

@BSNL_GJ My BSNL landline number is 079 2979 5090 with Broadband service. I have decided to quit the Broadband connection but continue the BSNL landline with the above number. If possible, I will continue the same landline only, otherwise surrender the total BSNL service.

@BSNLCorporate Every alternate day I face this issue - network disconnects all of sudden, no network when bescom power goes off. I can prove the same. What is actual problem? Ive been using BSNL for more than 10 yrs and not happy with network issues these days. May be a good time to switch
