@BSNL_HP This is really pathetic that still I have not received any OTP on BSNL self-care portal nor I have received any call from BSNL Dharamshala. Poor and third grade service. 3 months ago I have registered one complaint with complaint id 1056772039 which is still pending.

@BSNLCorporate @rajsafariT I'm using BSNL prepaid SIM card in jharkhand state. I want to Port out my no. to another operator due unavailability of network and very poor internet connection. When I sent UPC message to 1900 they replied "UPC can't be generated due to contractual obligation by the company".
