@DoT_India Sir, is it practical, if any company keeps any customer to not use SMS Services without for 28 days. I mean the other competitors including BSNL. All are giving SMS services. But not Vodafone. I think you take action about not Giving Essential service

Also in our town we won't have mobile network if power goes off. When we enquire about this we happened to know that there is no generator present to power BSNL tower in Kuthalam. Hope it will also be resolved.
