    @bsnl_care Your Docket number is just nothing which I have seen earlier. BSNL clearly cheating with customer. Plan for a year how to expired after 8 months. Have any explanation?? Just explain when I move to Consumer forum

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR I had taken new Bsnl Bharat fiber yesterday however till now the connection is not working & unable to access internet, Did I made a mistake by taking bsnl fiber who can't provide internet service to customers in Bhubaneswar properly? Please fix ASAP .

    It’s been almost 12 days since I raised a complaint with BSNL, yet I still can’t send outgoing SMS and I’m not receiving BSNL Self-Care OTPs. If you can’t fix a basic issue in 10–15 days, why advertise and attract new customers? Fix existing customers’ issues first. @bsnl_care
