    @BSNLCorporate It's been more than a week now since I complained, and still the problem is unresolved, apart from so many days of internet unavailability and frequent break-ups, still the monthly bill I have to pay is same. Why should I pay for all these days?Why are BSNL employees inefficient?

    @abhis40 Bsnl is a loss-making entity as you can see and compare it with Jio. You see, the charges of Jio are less, the facilities they provide are good, even today they are accessible by the poor. So this, shows that this can be good for the economy of the country in long run

    @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL I have applied for a plan change of FTTH in self care bsnl portal. Its been more than 2 weeks & plan is not updated. Numerous calling to customer care & no help received.

    @BSNL_BR Is there any timeline for this? Because I see Bank and most of the shop is using the same but why not like us. Hans Telecom is saying the complete amount for wire and modem will be approx 17K. I have never heard like that for Broadband connection from BSNL. 🤔 @BSNLCorporate
