    For each subscriber disconnection due to bad customer service, BSNL has to payback Rs. 1 lac to government as a penalty. Hard earned Public money is going waste in the form capital infusion to BSNL.

    THIS IS about BSNL WIFI service. Since morning wifi is not working. Complaint sent to BSNL SELF CARE APP. NO RESPONSE TILL NOW. THATS WHY PEOPLE PREFER OTHER PRIVATE COMPANIES.

    @bsnl_care The issue is in Bhamroa village, Rampur district. Despite the cables being laid, I am not receiving any help. I spoke with an official at the Rampur office, but they simply gave me excuses and brushed the matter aside. #bsnl @bsnl_care
