    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @Tejasvi_Surya The field unit is least bothered to rectify the issue, i'v been following up with Smt Mala R DGM from 25 March to whom the field unit reports to,nothing has happened till now. My aged parents cannot communicate with me because of BSNL careless attitude

    I Have complaint BSNL Regarding Speed issue in FTTH, they can't find the problem they are technically don't know anything .Please put the practical knowledge people in service otherwise you loose the coustomer.Give the quality service and make trust in BSNL.#BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate LL 0761-2680371, CID 1055296309, LL receiver was faulty taken by BSNL staff for , replacement on April 05 along with Rs 100/- for BB splitter price but not yet replaced, it already 14 days since,do the needful to resolve the issue.
