    @Jayant28500535 @malhar_pandey Sir, i have used BSNL internet for more than 12 years, before fibre came up. When I asked for a fibre installation, they asked for 7k rs as installation, modem, i have to buy separately. My friend anyway took a connection, he is still struggling for a stable network.

    @malhar_pandey Jio Fiber was better when launched just like Jio sim cards. Later on it creates bandwidth issues. BSNL is not reliable and also you need to pay for ₹2000 for router. Airtel is great at speed & at service.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL needs better fault rectification services - 🔺01612430830 has 🔺not been repaired despite paying full amount. Reply Dear Customer, We are unable to process your request either because your mobile number is not registered with us or the telephone number is inactive or invalid

    @MeTheMangoMan @malhar_pandey Then it's indeed a rare experience from BSNL. They have to service their customers for survival. I am now a subscriber of @TataSky, their service is excellent, never had an outage since the last 1 year, customer care is awesome..No installation or modem charges.

    @malhar_pandey Don't take BSNL, they act as if they are doing a great favor by giving a connection. They never come back to address any technical issues.."we don't know how to resolve the issue" is the answer when a technican is called after repeated requests. My friends experience.

    @malhar_pandey Jio fiber.. BSNL fiber goes down frequently.. Used both and switched from BSNL to Jio..

    @KawasukiHonda I think WiFi issue is very common these days. The girl I'm talking to hasn't replied in 4 days. She probably uses BSNL
