    @VodafoneIN 4G internet speed very bad in my area even bsnl 3g is better.

    @narendramodi I am in passport office Karaikal no network connectivity, BSNL office strike, elderly people, women with infant, college student, home maker all wasted their time here how would our country progress if there is such a big loss for a petty issue.@SushmaSwaraj @rpotrichy

    @mohitlaws Even then, besides idea, vodafone, airtel, reliance and BSNL only had purchased 2G spectrum from auction.. Other's didnt even have their own & were leasing it indirectly.. BSNL was already a gonner with poor network, vodafone & Idea were already getting weak, hence later merged

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @BSNL_UPE I accidentally did two recharges on my BSNL number. Need a refund for the first wrong recharge. I Called ​Customer care 1503 disconnects after 10 mins of waiting. Done 3 times already. No help. Please solve this issue

    @Shivaagnihotry Dear Customer, if a double recharge of the same amount is done, the second recharge will be kept in queue. If the recharge amounts are different, the second recharge will get activated and the earlier one may stop. For further assistance, please contact BSNL Customer Care at 18001801503.     @Aunindyo2023 - Quality of smart phones is completely bad - Prepaid phone plans have become costlier Most subscribers will have moved/already moved to simple phones maybe with bsnl SIM. This is indeed a warning sign !!

    @yabhishekhd Even the 5G has got nerfed. In my village, these is not FTTH. I got Jio Air Fiber and it really sucks. Me and my whole family about 5 people will have SIM converted to Airtel and BSNL.
