  @REDBOXINDIA This could bring stronger connectivity to many underserved areas. A huge capex plan for BSNL’s next-generation network expansion. ₹77,000 crore shows how serious BSNL is about scaling its network. The focus on 4G now with 5G expansion ahead looks promising. 2 lakh new 4G sites would be a major network upgrade.

  It’s been almost 12 days since I raised a complaint with BSNL, yet I still can’t send outgoing SMS and I’m not receiving BSNL Self-Care OTPs. If you can’t fix a basic issue in 10–15 days, why advertise and attract new customers? Fix existing customers’ issues first. @bsnl_care
