    I have been trying to fix my bsnl number (01955262144), which is not working for 3-4 months. I called the office sev. times, but the connection has not been fixed till date. The officer incharge says, "we are busy with other work." Although I am getting the bills regularly.

No official staff to look after exchange...kept an pvt individual who is technically zero... Still geographically network of any company is zero...
