Its now almost one year, no help provided to resolve it. I gave application to close my connection, that is also not processed , if respective bsnl employee is not serious about his job , then why bsnl sending me bills every month. Request you to look into this matter on priority

Tell me how BSNL can justify two days continuous outage in these days Let me update you we have very poor coverage of mobile services as well in University campus even we need to call through wifi calling enabled from home Now there is complete blackout for us

Atleast there is should be two or three service providers allowed in Panjab University campus so that end user should not suffer due to BSNL incompetence Request you to please look into this matter

When ask to BSNL employee to establish ups or inverter they said we have made request to higher authority. 1 month passed not resolved the problem now what to say about this problem and we have BSNL primary number. Should I change my network to other company. Pathatic service.

My father a senior citizen been charged for tele number 01832529801 in full but the tele has been lying out of order since 26 sep, complaint number 1057849104. Need to get the redressal #bsnl #DoT_India

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Am a customer for 6 years.I had a problem in calling certain land numbers of BSNL in Kerala on 10th. I visited one of your physical customer service stations, explained, and they understood the issue. Said would solve the issue in 48 hours.

@sssingh21 Even @Truecaller fails 2 work. It doesn't show spams & also sometimes not on time. I hv been struggling 2 find a way 2 let DND work. AFTER family members migrated 4m BSNL 2 Airtel, we're rigorously getting spam calls despite DND. While on #BSNL network, we never used 2 get spams
