@airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence Your broadband service is worst service a customer can expect. Even BSNL linemen of 90s were more responsive to customers needs than Airtel technical team Finally ordeal ends with discontinuation today. Hoping for a better service from @JioCare

@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India This is regarding my bsnl postpaid mobile. I am getting no network for the last 2 days. Tried calling their customer care which kept me on hold for over an hour stating your wait time in queue is less than one minute still could not connect to the customer service agent.

do not work on Vodafone number. While the same number works from Jio network. BSNL landline calls too UPW telecom circle do not mature while matures from other network. Surprisingly VI call centre is proudly unconcerned about complaints & without fear mentioning that they will..6

@BSNLCorporate @TRAI Its a herculean task to get our queries sorted with the bsnl call center. My calls keeps getting disconnected each time the executive accesses the system to retrieve my details. They blame it on server overload issue. Really??

work. UPW telecom BSNL LL numbers do not work. 47 GB data is as balance which itself is an evidence that, Data services are extremely poor. Under what pretext VI has decided to close down 299 plan & forcing customers with taking their consent to to upgrade forcefully to 399.....3
