    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate Concerned Complaint has been Pending since January, So far no one has reverted neither my Balance and Validity has given back. I am Hopeless with BSNL Pathetic service. Intigrity issues with Govt. Sector Co. Pls ACTION

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate my location is Dukura-757075, currently in my location there may be a electric city power cut and simultaneously the bsnl network is also gone with it. Since, Bsnl has increased it's monthly plan, it is not tolerable

    @KatariyaPran Govt should work and focus on govt companies, small business instead of large pvt companies. BSNL, MTNL etc many govt companies gone due to poor govt.

    Currently iam residing leh and working at bsnl telecom company in leh.I hav lodge complaint many time still no positive response from gofirst airline authority.I asked for 50,000 rs compensation as i lost so many cloths and many costly things and priceless belongings.

    @AlgoBoffin Dont think so. Infact, would not be surprised if LIC goes sick the BSNL way by the end of this decade. The public will clap at the fall n sale of LIC, as it does now for the other PSUs. The stupid withdrawal of tax benefits for insurance, was the latest nail in the coffin of LIC.

    And how can i trust upon your upcoming 4G network. Regarding this network issue, i complained more than twice since 2020 but there's no resolution. I recharge BSNL plans and it is its duty to give me full benefits. @DoT_India @BSNL_OR

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL’s LANDLINE complaint booking service 198 is NOT WORKING. After entering the STD code and confirming using OPTION 1 your message says “This Service Is Currently Not Available”. As this is not working, Which OTHER BSNL SERVICE can we use to file complaint?

    @BSNLCorporate Hi , Its been so long which we are following with BSNL office to get 399 plan to get activated. Is this customer service? Its totally worst situation happening here. Still how long i need to wait to get 399 plan activated to my number? @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK

    @BSNLCorporate respected sir/madam initiated port with message PORT 8500870646 to 1900, after recharging multiple times for sending each msg as it costs 1.2 rs per msg and contacted bsnl customer care multiple times as it was unsuccessful and money got deducted with every msg.
