    @excitel_rocks This is my connection no. 5320008850, registered name Kunwar Shikhar. Check the ticket history about no connectivity issue. You guys are worst than BSNL. Your services are like government services. Only problem no solution. BSNL works more than Excitel.

    @Jubair40681193 Hi, To port your number to BSNL, first send an SMS with the message PORT (space) your mobile number to 1900. You'll receive a Unique Porting Code (UPC), valid for 4 days.     I am facing a serious BSNL 4G indoor coverage issue at my location Inside my home the signal is very weak internet speeds are poor and calls frequently drop or fail Kindly check the nearest tower and improve the indoor 4G coverage as soon as possible @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care

    @bsnl_care @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate I have already visited the nearest BSNL Customer Service Centre, but the staff there are not aware of BSNL Wings or how to assist with Wings-related issues. Kindly guide me to the concerned team or provide proper support to resolve my issue.
