@MTNLMbiOfficial @BSNLCorporate I have mtnl connection for more than 20 yrs. Recently, I got call from BSNL/MTNL to pay Rs. 2000/- for upgrading copper wire to Fibre. Why to pay? They want to upgrade on Customer cost. They may charge customer to pay salary to their staff

@akaashbhat @TanaysinghT Many phones launched before 2023 don't have support for 700 MHz band including Samsung, and whoever upgraded after that bought a 5G phone, why will they use BSNL ?

@bsnl_care All affordable plans whether monthly, quarterly or yearly have either been withdrawn or their validity has been reduced. Also, GP2 plans don't exist anymore. So, what's the point of using BSNL when the affordability factor is gone and all one gets is low network or 2G/3G speeds?

@TanaysinghT Still on 3g, having an active VoLTE supported 4g connection of UP East Circle Maybe they would be providing Vodafone Network as earlier. However there are various towers with BSNL antennas in my area presently.

@BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia we believe in govt Co having BSNL fiber connection made a complaint on 14 Aug with complaint no 1064271423 is closed without any solution & when contacted the customer care they are misbehaving & not listening to the customer & shutting phone
