    And even they had given various plans which made the people to think it is better than BSNL. People used to blame our service. Now I think we hey would have realized. Youngsters should fight for the right to make this PSU survive so that they would get bright opportunity for jobs

    During COVID time, a drain was being built in our area and BSNL wires were damaged. I complained, but there was no response. I filed an RTI. They said the wires were in Patna and would be fixed once they reached here. Guess what? They never corrected it till today. Thankfully, I switched to Airtel broadband. @PMOIndia should sell off BSNL or use it only for military and government purposes.

    @JioCare No one has called from Jio repair team about this The problem is still going on What is happening in Jio? Is anyone even bothered about customer's complaints ? Totally useless.. Worse than BSNL

    @tushar9590 use bsnl gsm sim once in lifetime and if you use it again, i will pay for your prepaid for an year. It is worst telecom service, india has. you cannot change network till 90 days due to cool off period. you will not be able to make a single qr payment.

    @bsnl_care i am simply fed up of the kind of service you are providing. Every single day the internet gets disconnected for sometime. Informing the local provider is some kind of a reason you get. This is why the customer is paying? #bsnl #bsnlnotworking
