    @bsnl_care The employees are not paying any attention to the continuous negligence of the department and the deteriorating condition of BSNL. Even after continuous complaints, the only reply received is that your problem has been solved. There is no change on the ground and no improvement.

    @BSNLCorporate Hello there is no network in my #Bsnl phone . I tried to connect to customer care but they didn’t respond. In #Patna many other people also find same problem. It’s better for you to find some solution or people we port bsnl number to other network.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @bsnl There is NO Internet at My Place since 3 Days, repeated calls to CC has not given any respite. Area officer is not responding at all. Every time i call CC they say that my issue is being escalated So Escalating is easier than resolving the problem?

    No splicing machine operator, no internet. But none of the Internet service providers including Airtel, jio, BSNL, rail wire or any other..willing to pay taxable income to the splicer.? Isn't called the exploitation? Are splicers incapable to get good salaries worth taxable?

    @BSNL_UPEast Sir, the work of BSNL 4G has stopped in the up-east circle, has any upgrade taken place, very poor service, 4G is not available in the village sides of Sant Kabir Nagar, Gorakhpur, Ambedkar Nagar, Azamgarh.
