@BSNL_BR The Complaint was registered in 2019 & still there is no action & 2021 is done. When will that future come? I wish that BSNL be privatized by our cabinet like other PSUs because BSNL don't care about the customers @CMDBSNL .shouting for 4G won't suffice. I am only asking for 3G

Using @BSNLCorporate broadband service in UP EAST My phone number is 0512-2980883.Theres absolutely no internet for 3 days and I called bsnl office and their vendor several times but there is no response. Help and resolve issue ASAP. I am paying 600 monthly for nothing @TRAI

The customer care representative recite the same thing "We will escalate the issue".But as you can see the issue is still not addressed, hence I'm tweeting my concern here. Tbh I've lost hope with BSNL because of the service.I have raised 50+ complaint tickets in less than a year

@BSNLCorporate My bsnl broadband connection is down from last 2 days, Internet works for an hour then doesn't work for several hours, What is the point of installing your broadband if we can't get the basic internet, let alone other services. Fix it @BSNLCorporate
