    @aravind Actually, I have been using BSNL and/or Airtel internet for the past 20+ years and have hardly faced any disruptions, less than 10-15 days max in total over the entire time. That too only 2 times of 3 days of only one of them, never both simultaneously. I have heard of net disruptions from users of other network providers though like Hathway, Jio, etc. Many times, just the prepaid phone net was enough as a backup and on the go. There has only been a steady increase in bandwidth and quality over the years. No complaints at all whatsoever as a prolific user of the internet.

    @Raj218562485720 TVK is BJP, they will execute all projects as per BJP direction. One example BJP has intentionally slowed down BSNL operation and allowed JIO to expand similarly they will disturb TNEB operations and that will force it towards privatisation.

    Mr.Maan Singh jee Rourkela is the concern person not responding my phone call. Kindly suggest So many times follow up taken by me in Our local BSNL office in Rajgangpur. Mr Aamir is the concern SDO here.He is also not able to resolve my issue of security refund

    @ACTFibernet your internet services are as bad as BSNL. EVERYTIME IT RAINS IN BANGALORE, MY INTERNET STOPS WORKING. I have taken the mesh router and pay way high for it. And your customer service is so bad. Can't even get in touch with your Customer service team. #bangalore

    @bsnl_care I’ve been trying to call for over a month, but the line is always busy. When I visit the BSNL center, they simply tell me to call the 1800 number - the same number that never connects. Customers shouldn’t have to struggle just to reach support.
