    @itzksrai Dear Customer, To activate the VoLTE service, please type ACTVOLTE and send it via SMS to 53733. After submitting the request, the service may take up to 24 hours for activation. VoWiFi service is enabled automatically for eligible customers based on handset compatibility, approved software version, and network provisioning. For supported devices, you can manually enable it by going to your handset Settings → Wi-Fi Calling/VoWiFi and turning it ON while connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. Please ensure that your handset software is updated to the latest version. For further assistance, please contact BSNL Customer Care at 1800-180-1503 or visit your nearest BSNL office.     only 2 telecom operators in India have the full coverage with 2 others barely in the competition. Time for BSNL to reposition itself as a the “Most Secure” network to attract back those for whom such security matters and charge premium. This way, it can go up one level and create a niche like Blackberry did with its mobile device.

    @bsnl_care @bsnl_care @TRAI the response provided is same as previous response and is nit satisfactory. Please provide relevant details as to when proper communication was done by BSNL to customer. Proof that proper communication was done . Timeline given to the client and how many days.

    Tried with different mobile numbers multiple times. No joy. Your Sim won't even recognise BSNL network in Mumbai. WTF is the use of maintaining BSNL Sim with ₹500 extra for Mumbai coverage? Forget data. Can't even get OTP at Mumbai Central station to buy a ticket.

    Gendu, Airtel 5G will not working in KSA, local partner Zain, STC or Etislaat will work since they have IR agreements. Fir oh BSNL 5G works in Dubai 😭

    @bsnl_care ROUTER WHICH EVEN NOT WORK 24HRS & WITHIN 24HRS PON BLINKING,IN WHICH LAW BOOK WRITTTEN THAT I NOT EXTEND MY WIFI TELL ME BSNL ??IF THAT HAPPENS THEN WHY BSNL FROM STATION TO SUB STATION TO NOT PROVIDE 1 CUSTOMER BROADBAND CONNECTION ,NOW TELL ME WHO & ON WHAT BASIS U SAID IT

    @BSNLCorporate Network downtime needs to be reduced further; if a network outage on a Sunday means the issue won't be resolved until Monday, BSNL will never become anyone's primary SIM.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Still issue not solved, but messages is coming, complaint resolved. How bsnl resolving complaint with solve the problem. Really bsnl services are amazing. Like this reason lot of people going away from bsnl.
