@BSNLCorporate Hi, I've not been contacted or no one has been attended my issue directly from BSNL so far. I remained loyal to BSNL these years. I have 2 BSNL sim cards also. I'm going to cancel all those tomorrow. I feel like BSNL is least bothered about their customer issues...

@Raghu_Sringeri On this earth Jio is a cheat based my usage over the last 3 yrs, BSNL best till it goes down and Airtel just beginning to use their BB, so too early to comment on them but based on my voice usage of over 20+ yrs, they're loot masters. Imagine if they go to moon Mars...

@IndiaPostOffice There is no internet link available in Gangnapur Sub Post Office having the pin code 741238. BSNL is providing the worst service here. No availability of internet link has been turned into a daily routine. Please take necessary steps immediately.

@bsnl_ap_circle recharged 9490872936 with Rs. 312 on 12 March but the transaction failed from BSNL end. The bank account however got debited for the said amount. Trying customer care since then and visited office directly as well. No response from BSNL. Could you please help.
