    @JioCare @Prashantksdev I am already a subscriber of jio fiber. After getting humiliated service, paying full payment month after month for 20 years finally I surrendered bsnl connection as no other service was available in my area. Paid for 100 Mbps and was getting 1 Mbps speed.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw irresponsible behaviour, dili delaying mind about customer, mind apply only for money in duty,absent in duty hour, nexus with private operator, technical upgradation,making voucher and plan only for the profit of private operator are important cause of bsnl loss

    @jagdishpawar3 @nagellatrinath If bsnl launches 30mbps- 275/- as a standard plan it's a revolution heavy gain in consumers for sure. But in bsnl there are lot issues in ground level response is worst if there is an issue. Mainly no proper complaint readdressal and poor customer care it's outdated

    @mxtaverse Right? I recently ported to BSNL and got superfast service because there was no customer at the office to begin with. There was also this counter where this guy was selling Airtel Fiber plans, making commissions, just outside the BSNL office.

    @BSNLCorporate Always BSNL in Sironcha Tehsil. There is a problem of network, it does not come for a day or two, it is a problem forever, solve this problem from your side sir, in our tehsil only BSNL. Sironcha Pin-442504

    Went to BSNL office to change ownership of a sim card. Surprisingly, got prompt service. Took just 20 minutes. The ungle at the counter thought I was an NRI.

    @GoI_MeitY the app designed by BSNL for its customers nmly BSNL self care is one of the worst app as it does not work and does not open at all. It is westage of time.Thanks to the Engineers and Web designers!Honour'ble Minister's attention is necessary.
