@BSNLCorporate It's been ~15 days of facing issues AND > 48 hrs of complaint being registered. Still problem has not been resolved yet. No any field worker from nearest office has contacted yet. It's very frustrating. Should I switch from BSNL and start broadband from other service provider.

Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR @TRAI I have purchased a new sim of #BSNL the number is +918986659545. The sim is activated but the retailer is not is not recharge a valid plan for out going service.Retailer charged Rs. 170 for 60 days plan 2gb per day.kindly help!🙏☹

@rotarywgpilot Sir / Madam You can stop the BSNL Tune service by calling the service number and just select the option to deactivate the Tune. 1. Daily 56700 number and then click on another services category from list 2. Now click on Subscription option to stop the BSNL Tune service

My bsnl plan is of 100mbps speed i didn't even getting speed in 1mbps. How many times I need to raise a complaint what is the use of it when no one responds ,m tired of raising complaints if u really care about your customers please do solve my network issue @BSNLCorporate
