  @mymoneyview I recharged my BSNL number with ₹249 through your app. Payment was successful, but recharge benefits/balance were not credited. BSNL customer care said the recharge is inactive and asked me to contact the recharge platform. Please resolve this issue ASAP. #BSNL

  I explained that I’ve been trying to contact support for over a month and have already raised a complaint through the BSNL website with no resolution till now. Instead of assisting, the call was disconnected on me. This level of customer service is unacceptable. @BSNLCorporate

  @NeerajS91722209 @VinayDokania What scam? that was a compromised Vinod Rai doctored accusation, accused acquitted. There was no scam. Scam - BSNL forgetting to bill Reliance 1800 Cr. Not recovered, guess never will be. Tax payer covering Ambani wedding expenses.

  I have been a BSNL customer since 2003 till yesterday, due to persistent network issues and inadequate support, I switch to another provider. This situation seems like @BSNLCorporate is least interested in customer and helping other network to grow. @JM_Scindia
