    @BSNLCorporate It's been more than 2 weeks since I disconnected my landline service (079-29914906), but haven't received the security deposit of Rs.1249/-. I would like to know the time period in which BSNL refunds security deposit after completing the formalities.

    @BSNLCorporate bsnl has is very bad fiber connectivity in charthawal (muzaffarnagar). Bsnl fiber shutdown many of hours . I am call the bsnl fiber helpline number but employe received the call and without resolved my problem cut the call in 1 minute Please resolve. Thanks

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir continuing calling all the bsnl customer no resolution given nor the DGM of bls able to look after the issue post repeated request also. Sir if your team can look into this would be helpful for me and others as well .

    @BSNLCorporate I am trying to reach your customer care for the issued bill even after my connection is closed. When I finally reach executive I am being asked to talk to customer care again after few hours. Its been 10 days and I get the same response. Any suggestions? #bsnl
