@BSNLCorporate @TRAI Its been 4 days the entire BSNL service is down in our area including both Cellular and Fiber. I have called and messaged both the SDO and GM of our District(Multiple times). They literally doing nothing just saying team is working.

@netplusofficial Due to ur poor updation policies my payment was taken twice on Aug 6th 2022 and today on Sep 06,the connection has been made inactive despite the fact that I've already paid in advance and it reflects in the app itself. Even BSNL works better than you people.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate worst customer service by bsnl, stopped my service even I recharged with one year plan and asking me to recharge again. This is the reason why everyone is shifting from bsnl.

@BSNL_BR Present government of is not interested in BSNL PSU, only interested in Ambani Jio and other private company, Present government allowed for BSNL package but We seem that it's fake package because not yet 4G network of BSNL.Private company ready to 5G.

Its such a shame that BSNL is now hiring the most incompetent people as enginners. Does it really take 4 days to fix an issue. At this point I am truly frustrated and dissapointed with BSNL and will discontinue as soon as other providers enter our area. What a garbage ISP. #BSNL

@BSNL_OR As I have Ported a num from Airtel to bsnl postpaid but still till now neither the Prbt services nor the text sms is not going on,As I have given complaint but the problem can’t be resolved,too poor service from bsnl Odisha.
