@BSNLCorporate I'm Shivam(7906310584) I again contacted them and SDO(Field officer) said rental device is only provided in case of Broadband and is not available for fibre connection. BSNL waived off the installation fees & they are demanding 4000 and denying to issue ONT device. @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate Your ground customer agent says "20-30 mbps hi aati h.. isse jyada kahin nhi milegi throught India" I want to get my internet disconnected.. and in these times of corona BSNL asks me to visit their office and in-person submit application. (Welcome to digital India)

@BSNLCorporate This is the ability of BSNL that it has not been able to fix the problem of UPS for the last 6 months. Whenever the main power supply is turned off, the internet is switched off, BSNL knows that the equipment placed in NFL Greater Noida Society is not on UPS.

@BSNLCorporate I'm trying to port my bsnl no to other network from last 7 days.. Again and again getting the same sms--request for UPC can't be processed. Please retry after some time.
