Bought new SIM (8300060361) with ₹1498 recharge yesterday, but till now they are unable to activate. Pathetic response from their customer care as they are complaining about their own server issues and not able to talk in English.

Vendor is asking for Money for cable replacement for 8rs/M @CMDBSNL is this the way BSNL handle the old Connections. My connection is 5 year Old.
