But compliment was closed, How? This is my cmplt no 9K05tn307849. And no more respon communicate with Near #BSNL staff they are very busy in own works.

I would recommend don't waste government money in Bsnl. The likes of Jio airtel I don't think bsnl would stay in the market.

Just see the difference between BSNL and Private companies, a potential customer has to visit your office for each and every query and write a letter for every updation.
