@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Once again hurt by BSNL. Bought new SIM (8300060361) with ₹1498 recharge yesterday, but till now they are unable to activate. Pathetic response from their customer care as they are complaining about their own server issues and not able to talk in English.

@BSNL_TN I'll complicated about my network issue in Nov 5. Today Dec 11but problem is increasing more than before. But compliment was closed, How? This is my cmplt no 9K05tn307849. And no more respon communicate with Near #BSNL staff they are very busy in own works.

@BSNL_JK sir why you cant give proper landline and fibre service If you can't give services ,why you manipulate us by showing best service If you cant they pay us our monthly charges back bcoz we only get 10-15 day of service other days bsnl is out of service

@BSNLCorporate Oh that's why you r on strike everyday. I tried contacting CsC from last 8 days & still issue persists. I can understand no mechanism available for resolving customer greviance. It's nice that BSNL wasting money on such kind of services & on careless employees.

Not been able to reach out to anyone (family) in #Kashmir for sometime now. Was communicating with them through BSNL mobile & landline - only services that weren't cut off. Both seem to have stopped working now. It is a total communication blackout. #SASGeelani #Srinagar

Poor speeds,inconsistencies in speed,not reliable,net goes out of service 2 times a week and browsing n watching videos is pain due to poor speeds.Only reason to get FTTH is not availability in other fiber and BSNL is taking advantage of this.such a pathetic service@BSNLCorporate
