Bought new SIM (8300060361) with ₹1498 recharge yesterday, but till now they are unable to activate. Pathetic response from their customer care as they are complaining about their own server issues and not able to talk in English.

This sounds weirdly as dogmatic as communism, only with exact opposite ******** ideas. "Shutdown a wiflully sabotaged player so cronies can benefit and it will also make everything cheaper" - huh?

We just have online payments and do not have to stand in queue and do not feel the pain, which BSNL also now supports. Monopoly is the big evil, independent of whether Govt or Private.
