Bought new SIM (8300060361) with ₹1498 recharge yesterday, but till now they are unable to activate. Pathetic response from their customer care as they are complaining about their own server issues and not able to talk in English.

But the question is, if the recharge was for six months, why did it stop after two months and why did I receive messages to recharge? I've shared my number in the DM.
