@BSNLCorporate Sharing again when @BSNL_TN has faild and ignrd to fix the worst cable and the pole that caries my ph line fr the past 2yrs.Since its is a RURAL area BSNL is lethargic to fix and renovate the line.I didnt fail 2 pay bil evry mnth bt BSNL fail 2 provide good service

@reliancejio Jio mobile services are on the path of BSNL. Problems like slow Internet speed, call drop or call connection problem, Customer Care at 199 not properly working or responding. All such services are going worst day by day. Company to look into to improve.

@cgm_mh_bsnl @PrakashJavdekar Why bsnl maharashtra is not providing FTTH basic entry plan Rs329/- plus GST to customers in PUNE where landline connection 02025464576 is not working since last 6 months. It is natural injustice to senior citizen customers in maharashtra only.

@SarathR72 @marinebharat 2/2 ven if BSNL start providing 4G/5G it will badly fail and won't get many users. Thing is people don't trust an operator that isn't reliable. A power cut and BSNL network goes down. They deliberately shut data network to save power bills. Fault correction takes many months.
