    @BSNLCorporate Sharing again when @BSNL_TN has faild and ignrd to fix the worst cable and the pole that caries my ph line fr the past 2yrs.Since its is a RURAL area BSNL is lethargic to fix and renovate the line.I didnt fail 2 pay bil evry mnth bt BSNL fail 2 provide good service

    @BSNLCorporate Still now no response. JTO is not even picking the phone. Worst service. This is the reason why BSNL is down... Poor poor service...

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL PEOPLE SAY SAY THAT IT TAKES 3-4 DAYS TO RESOLVE THE BROADBAND COMPLAIN. IS THAT THEY SHALL BE TRAVELLING FROM DELHI TO MUMBAI TO RESOLVE THE BROADBAND ISSUE. THERE ARE OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS IN MUMBAI

    @airtelindia broadband is the worst. Wi-Fi not working properly for 15 days—speed drops, connection issues. Customer care is rude & unhelpful. I switched from BSNL but regret it now. #AirtelDown #BadService

    @HansrajMeena BSNL is a loss-making money pit where the government keeps burning taxpayer money just to keep it alive. Meanwhile, Jio and Airtel are profitable companies providing good service to most users. Everyone happily used free SIMs and free data without thinking about the consequences

    outgoing,incoming and SMS services on my number were blocked on 13th June itself. I was not even notified as to why it was blocked. Customer care say that your issue will be resolved at the BSNL office,but BSNL office(Sonepur,Saran,Bihar) are saying that we have not done anything

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate Bsnl Your service is absolutely terrible..waiting for a month, I port my number today. From your behavior, it seems that the aim is to make Jio,Airtel big. It's been a month since I complained to you, but I haven't received a single reply or call.

    @BSNLCorporate Complaint 113788843 & 113776695 of @BSNL_CHTD has been outsourced(?) to one Raja Marketing's 9444009660. They do not have staff pls ask BSNL Staff Murali to attend imme. Out of order for ~9 days

With the nodal remark "Sir, our BSNL team has reviewed the grievance and confirmed that signal optimization work is currently in progress. Following this optimization, new towers.

    @bsnl_care @BSNL_HR One question previously upgraded band was Mac address removed why? I already paid for that. Did you check internally what kind of services bsnl providing??? Looks like stealing of money.... How many times I have to buy it and I am still waiting if someone help me
