    @BSNLCorporate Still now no response. JTO is not even picking the phone. Worst service. This is the reason why BSNL is down... Poor poor service...

    @BSNLCorporate Sharing again when @BSNL_TN has faild and ignrd to fix the worst cable and the pole that caries my ph line fr the past 2yrs.Since its is a RURAL area BSNL is lethargic to fix and renovate the line.I didnt fail 2 pay bil evry mnth bt BSNL fail 2 provide good service

    @bsnl_care I don't know what the guideline is for only BSNL. VI network is giving unlimited 4G and 5G (cap 300 GB). What is stopping their network from unlimited internet? only rules that restrict BSNL alone?

    @ravikakkar @rameshsrivats Under wifi you can have many internet devices. But Mobile data service is specially for mobile. Hotspot is a hardware transmitter that comes along with the mobile. Airtel Jio BSNL need not have to provide the same speed when you rebroadcast/ use it for another device. (Thread🔻)

    If BSNL had prioritized service quality, private monopolies would have been obsolete by now. It is a national misfortune that our public infrastructure is allowed to crumble, leaving citizens at the mercy of profit-hungry giants. When will accountability take center stage?

    @bsnl_care Can I get a response when the volte and network  issue will get resolve. 1.5yr of 4G, but still no network in malls, office area is a laughing stock from BSNL, it's 2026 and this type of excuses won't entertain .plz involve the CDOT and TCS  team to fix it. @CMDBSNL

    @bsnl_care Bsnl have no capacity to fix even a ups for years in its own tower. For years, we saw how bsnl works diligently. Don't fool customer by taking complaints and closing next day. For doing this, why getting paid from people money!! Worthless network

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN Getting sim is easier, but getting network singal is not possible. Bsnl not fixing ups back-up issue for many months and years. When power is off, can't use bsnl. No net, otps. Only complaint game by ineffective bsnl
