    @BSNLCorporate Still now no response. JTO is not even picking the phone. Worst service. This is the reason why BSNL is down... Poor poor service...

    @BSNLCorporate Sharing again when @BSNL_TN has faild and ignrd to fix the worst cable and the pole that caries my ph line fr the past 2yrs.Since its is a RURAL area BSNL is lethargic to fix and renovate the line.I didnt fail 2 pay bil evry mnth bt BSNL fail 2 provide good service

    I have been trying to port out of my bsnl number due to less network coverage in my area,contractual obligations were found on my number then i contacted bsnl support they are just asking me to wait for 24 hrs from last 5 days not even letting me port . @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India

    @BSNLCorporate no customer care no is working. Hv tried many times on 18001801503 but no response. Recharged with Rs797 BSNL prepaid GSM voucher but still validity of my no is expired. @AshwiniVaishnaw sir kindly outsource all the Dept of BSNL. No one is taking responsibility.

    @BSNLCorporate I am a lco of bsnl under raiganj ssa and now I am intregated with Bbnl as per all agreement with bbnl and i purchase a olt and i completed all documents but i am facing problem to intregate the olt in Bbnl. I have commited to customer to provide connection.

    @BSNLCorporate @MIB_India BSNL broadband is not been working since afternoon, complaint has 1059709366 has been lodged. This has been happening intentionally.

    @BSNLCorporate so, my question is why are you having such customer support if they are not able to resolve the problems of customers.finally i understand that my belief were wrong and understood that Bsnl have nit changed and will not change until the services is shutdown.

    @gopal__goudiyo @SeemantiniBose Jio fibre is definitely good. Airtel also not bad option either... Nowadays BSNL has started fibre optic network with pretty good speed. So options available:-)

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CG_Circle BSNL Customer is pathetic and they donot take request for new internet connection and when you submit online form for internet connection and they never respond you. BSNL you employees are charging 8000 rs for installation at my place.

    My thoughts on @BSNLCorporate on getting 4G service at this time when all other private telcos are shifting to 5G, why can't BSNL skip 4G and go ahead launch 5G directly. Any opinions are insights why can't this happen...

    @BSNLCorporate @cgmbsnlupe recharged my mobile number 8005494295 with rs 107 to BSNL BILLDESK UPI Ref 229453663292 with the help of BSNL SELFCARE APP.neither recharged nor money is back. बीएसएनएल की घटिया सर्विस,खुद के ऐप से भी रिचार्ज नहीं कर पाते।
