    @BSNLCorporate Sharing again when @BSNL_TN has faild and ignrd to fix the worst cable and the pole that caries my ph line fr the past 2yrs.Since its is a RURAL area BSNL is lethargic to fix and renovate the line.I didnt fail 2 pay bil evry mnth bt BSNL fail 2 provide good service

    @BSNLCorporate Yesterday, I was totally surprised that I got a call from BSNL and he was asking my problem and give insurance that I will fix all the things. Today,I am normal bcz BSNL will never change, 1. Employee said, company not providing convenience, so I am sorry 2.they fight together..

    @BSNLCorporate Is it my responsibility ? All BSNL Kaimganj customers are facing this problem and prime minister has digital India Vision. Is it possible that without Mobile and internet Can we think of Digital India? This problem is from last 4 years. what resolution you have given?
