    Past 3-5 years: As this is a govt. managed giant it is determined to fail one day... Like BSNL or any other PSU TLDR: DON'T *HODL* for too many years just book profit on swings...

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Dear Sir, after raising this to your level BSNL has now given me rebate for about 2 months, though I was expecting close to 6 months of non service. I didnt want to raise it to your level but was helpless. Thank you.

    @BSNL_CHTD Chennai is unresponsive to landline complaint. Making near 90 year old to visit BSNL Ullagaram on one pretext or other. Complaint registered. @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw
