    @BSNLCorporate Still now no response. JTO is not even picking the phone. Worst service. This is the reason why BSNL is down... Poor poor service...

    @BSNLCorporate Sharing again when @BSNL_TN has faild and ignrd to fix the worst cable and the pole that caries my ph line fr the past 2yrs.Since its is a RURAL area BSNL is lethargic to fix and renovate the line.I didnt fail 2 pay bil evry mnth bt BSNL fail 2 provide good service

    @BSNL_JKD BSNL FFTH is giving a very very bad service in Bokaro District Sir, Everyday it has a routine for Internet Outage for 2 to 3 hours, Please help us sir

    @MobiKwik mobikwik app showed the recharge plan of Rs159in BSNL ,it processed successfully (MBK695508008) and amount deducted .but the BSNL customer care is sayng there is no such plan available.why the plan was shown in your recharge page and why it got processed.refund pls.

    @MJ_007Club When I went for Char Dham in 2008, the only network I found near Yamunotri was BSNL. Should be better now, but not sure.

    @BSNLCorporate Will BSNL EVER return to that meant for the 21st century? When "198" is used and a complaint lodged the STATUS plays "WORK in PROGRESS" for EVEN 3 MONTHS. What the HELL for is 198? Your website is FULL of HOLES and it never works. BSNL STD EXCHANGE 469 is PATHETIC.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ I know people working in BSNL are extremely busy & they may not consider a common citizen of India like me important, but without being able to send sms, I can't register for many important services. Can you please spare few minutes and provide solution?

    @BSNLCorporate @KanwaljitNagpal Complaints are being lodged and confirmation numbers are being issued by an automated system. UNLESS BSNL staff get off their behinds and do work to fix issues COMPLAINTS will PILE and BSNL are LOSING customers. BSNL exchange (0469) has ISSUES. Working LINES SUDDENLY go dead.

    @BSNL_HR Hi I want to downgrade my bsnl FTTH plan. I cannot see the option to downgrade plans on the @bsnl selfcare website. I am currently using FTTH FIBER_BASIC_PLUS and want to switch to FIBRE_BASIC. Please help me asap. It is not possible to go to bsnl office in lockdown.

    @narendramodi sir, the the p resent BSNL is giving shoddy service with fall of quality and lack of well trained workforce, and owing to his operations in Delhi, Sunil Bharti Mittal of Bharti is well placed as he supplied landline phones alongwith others to run each region.
