    @BSNLCorporate Sharing again when @BSNL_TN has faild and ignrd to fix the worst cable and the pole that caries my ph line fr the past 2yrs.Since its is a RURAL area BSNL is lethargic to fix and renovate the line.I didnt fail 2 pay bil evry mnth bt BSNL fail 2 provide good service

    @BSNLCorporate Still now no response. JTO is not even picking the phone. Worst service. This is the reason why BSNL is down... Poor poor service...

    @BSNL_KL Hopeless Network, I had 2 sim, i gave up Jio, when bsnl offered 4G, Unable to make even UPI payment now, Network often come n goes, the area is semi urban, better bsnl close the shop, i took 1 year plan, i lost my money, now i have to port to better operators.

    @BaluGorade But bsnl don't work at all in delhi...you can't even make calls with bsnl sim and they only support 3g in delhi No 4g No5g

Limited data on direct Airtel usage, though private operators like Airtel and Jio use BSNL for roaming in rural areas. BSNL's network lags due to delayed 4G/5G rollout, suboptimal spectrum use (e.g., relying on higher bands with poorer coverage), and retaining old 3G infra, leading to lower speeds (7 Mbps avg) and availability (84%) vs Jio/Airtel's 99%+ and 100+ Mbps.

    @BaluGorade Right now coverage is not upto the mark. Let them deploy 4L desi sites with 700Mhz+2100Mhz+2500Mhz. We will shift to BSNL. We need blanket coverage from BSNL. At some locations, it's damn good than two private operators though. But I believe Airtel will be SA only network by 2028

    @airtelindia @airtelnews you took number details in private DM and than not replying its been 2 days my number is not getting network and there is no way to reach to you. If so pathetic i will switch to JIO/BSNL in this case.

    @BaluGorade Signal, speed and what else. Just bought bsnl couple of weeks back, wanted to port couple of days later, trying it in city and my village. Couldn't port for 90 days. Had to get a wifi at home.

    @BaluGorade Network is so poor. A person next to us shows its mobile is switched off. So annoying service from BSNL.

    @BaluGorade I am using both jio and airtel. Also used VI and BSNL. Best network coverage are the Airtel and Jio. BSNL needs to work on the network coverage but it's not possible without charging the same as Jio and Airtel.

    @BaluGorade Quality of network. Not just internet speed but also the calling network is very inconsistent in BSNL. And a city like Mumbai doesn't even have a BSNL network
