  @BSNLCorporate Sharing again when @BSNL_TN has faild and ignrd to fix the worst cable and the pole that caries my ph line fr the past 2yrs.Since its is a RURAL area BSNL is lethargic to fix and renovate the line.I didnt fail 2 pay bil evry mnth bt BSNL fail 2 provide good service

  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 And I'm porting out my father's SIM from BSNL to Airtel... Though they LOOT OPENLY.. But give proper network.. Unlike BSNL that just SHOWS OFF ON SOCIAL MEDIA... But on ground... IT'S GARBAGE LIKE BEFORE... For 5hr from Jaisalmer to Jodhpur, my father's number was OUT OF NETWORK.

  I have recharged my bsnl sim but imternet not working .. what is this @bsnl_care … bsnl please fix this issue or i will never use your service again . I recharge first 198 but then net not working so i recharge again with 147 and 199 but still internet not working #bsnl #fix

  @bsnl_care i have a plan for 319 rs activated and it has 300 sms in it... Right now bsnl self care app shows me 297 sms remaining but i am not able to send any sms. My main balance is 0 rs but still i have valid 319 rs plan activated. Kindly help.

  @DoT_India That means efforts to improve BSNL network is not sufficient. Main culprit for the same is @DoT_India and @JM_Scindia . Needs to at least double the number of BTS to improve network and market share of BSNL.

  While I had applied for a BSNL connection, the installation was never carried out at my premises. No BSNL services were ever delivered or used under the above account. It appears that your team created this billing account before installation, which is not the correct process.

  @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care my number is 7599342159 @BSNLUPWEST using since 2010. Upgrade 4G SIM two times but unable to access existing BSNL's 4G network. Kindly activate 4G / 5G services on my number.

  Why BSNL provide 4g in B700 band only why not providing in B2100 band like other operators indoor coverage is very poor will Bsnl install additional tower and improve service 🙄 implement Carrier Aggregation to switch between calls and data install new towers @BSNLEmployees
