  @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw Banks have launched new 8-digit toll-free numbers for customer support, but BSNL hasn’t updated its directory yet. As a result, calls to these numbers aren’t going through. Because of this, I’m unable to contact my bank to get my credit card unblocked.

  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL It somebody gets a new #BSNL connection or port to #BSNL, can't you send a Welcome SMS to the new customer. This will show a good gesture & their new SIM is activated & ready to use. Is this a service. See... How you can improve the service.

  @TRAI Chennai BSNL is unable to provide SIM replacement of Rajasthan Circle at chennai, neither Rajasthan BSNL is able to provide SIM replacement with customer identity proof and letter of authority to person collecting the SIM, pl take strong action against @BSNL_RJ @BSNL_CHTD

  @Ravisutanjani Government looted 3.22 lakh crores of public money in the cover of @BSNLCorporate . Remember Sangam Snan of one of their officials a few months ago? There are lakhs of such visits. Government has no business in business. @JM_Scindia shut down BSNL.
