    @BSNLCorporate Sharing again when @BSNL_TN has faild and ignrd to fix the worst cable and the pole that caries my ph line fr the past 2yrs.Since its is a RURAL area BSNL is lethargic to fix and renovate the line.I didnt fail 2 pay bil evry mnth bt BSNL fail 2 provide good service

    @BSNLCorporate Still now no response. JTO is not even picking the phone. Worst service. This is the reason why BSNL is down... Poor poor service...

    @BSNLCorporate please enable Activate VOLTE on my bsnl no. 7600381235. I tried may time to sending message to 53733 to write ACTVOLTE but message not send. I'm facing network issue during call. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible 🙏

    @BSNL_KOTD My router taken by Service franchisee in Howrah under mullick fatak and surkikal exchange Howrah is not returned aftsr repairs even in warranty period. The local bsnl exchange people are also not helping me in this regard. I am not given the invoice by service franchis

    @bsnl_care Hi Abhishek, Thanks for your response. My device software is already up to date and I am connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. However, the Wi-Fi Calling (VoWiFi) option is not appearing at all for my BSNL SIM. Device: Google Pixel 10 It seems the feature is not enabled for BSNL on my device/network. Kindly check and confirm when it will be available for Android devices. Thank you.

    @Ravisutanjani Look at the service. I have 2 BSnL in family. With that number unable to register UPI complaint was done multiple times but no solution. Finally shifted to Vodafone.

    @garg_trupti Kaise maanle ki diye honge 40 lakh. Pagal aurat they used BSNL towers for years for jio and bsnl “forgot” to bill them you really think he is paying for this ****?

    I contrast this to the superb services from @airtelindia whose customer I have been for 20 years. I paid their bills forward about the same time, and their service was seamless and first rate. Hon @JM_Scindia Please ascertain that BSNL gets its act together. This is a repeat! 🙏🏻
