We are paying for Emergency Services or BSNL services. Presence totally absent even official don't know what to say ???

Well I was wrong, broadband maintainability is very bad. Issue resolves, ticket resolves and issue occurs again. Then the cycle follows of this pain

Kindly guide me to the concerned team or provide proper support to resolve my issue.
