    Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK Improve ur services atleast make a presence in Punch. Out of 10, 9 times BSNL is on emergency services. We are paying for Emergency Services or BSNL services. Presence totally absent even official don't know what to say ???

    @BSNLCorporate At BSNL..there is NO BIG Problem, there are millions of LITTLE.. LITTLE... LITTLE problems at BSNL. Consumers gradually learn to work around their own problems..BSNL does not care.

    @BSNLCorporate Hi Team, I am using BSNL FFTH for long time. DAYBYDAY Network connection going worst. Weekly three times, I am facing 3 hours network issue some times full day too. Not only mine, Entire area peoples facing same problem. Account No.9041197629

    @DoT_India @PIB_India We are not getting even 2G BSNL network in our homes in Jharkhand. I have raised this issue so mny times but apart frm auto replies here no action has been taken. It seems govt wants @BSNLCorporate to die slow death so that patriotic indians ultimately migrate to pvt operators.

    @SanvikaAbhishek @publictvnews Using bsnl... Most of the time 2g network sometimes 3g... When power goes network will be down, no dg or battery backup... No official staff to look after exchange...kept an pvt individual who is technically zero... Still geographically network of any company is zero...

    I have been trying to fix my bsnl number (01955262144), which is not working for 3-4 months. I called the office sev. times, but the connection has not been fixed till date. The officer incharge says, "we are busy with other work." Although I am getting the bills regularly.

    Bsnl service is very bad service
