    Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK Improve ur services atleast make a presence in Punch. Out of 10, 9 times BSNL is on emergency services. We are paying for Emergency Services or BSNL services. Presence totally absent even official don't know what to say ???

    @BSNLCorporate it's high time the service is made better. When compared to other telecom players, the app & customer service is pathetic. A public sector company like BSNL is being systematically weakened so private players can monopolise telecom players. Don't disappoint us.

    It is unfortunate that there's no grieviance redressal system. Millions of Indians depend on BSNL despite the lack of basic facilities like 4G. If the employees continue to have callous attitude, it's not long before PM shuts down BSNL so his dear frind ambani can make more money

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl-ftth vendor Tirumangalam, Madurai-TamilNadu service is too bad. They got 5k for installation, provided a router&modem. Past 7days no internet. I no need connection anymore. Kindly take action and return my balance amount. AccNo:9039875297,TEL:04549290214

    @DoT_India BSNL employee is not working it only get salary without doing anything, Replace with working employee.

    Respected Sir Our area's BSNL mobile network service is hardly good for 15 or 20 days a month. and due to unable of mobile network service for a long time, our people have to face a lot of problems. Our area is Zirikinding, Dist: West Karbi anglong. ASSAM.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_West_UP poor service at bsnl Meerut fault rectification takes ages in times of work from home. My number is 2973366 , troublesome experience. No internet working for past two days and before that quite erratic no consumer satisfaction.
