    Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK Improve ur services atleast make a presence in Punch. Out of 10, 9 times BSNL is on emergency services. We are paying for Emergency Services or BSNL services. Presence totally absent even official don't know what to say ???

    @bsnl_care Hi Abhishek, Thanks for your response. My device software is already up to date and I am connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. However, the Wi-Fi Calling (VoWiFi) option is not appearing at all for my BSNL SIM. Device: Google Pixel 10 It seems the feature is not enabled for BSNL on my device/network. Kindly check and confirm when it will be available for Android devices. Thank you.

    @BSNL_KTK my Sony LIV OTT is not since one week, we pay thousands of bills, there is no customer care in BSNL.

    Today i was visit in sundarban west bengal there are all network operators provide good network and data connectivity except BSNL @BSNL_WB @BSNL_KOTD please upgrade network connectivity in this place which was UNESCO heritage area

    I contrast this to the superb services from @airtelindia whose customer I have been for 20 years. I paid their bills forward about the same time, and their service was seamless and first rate. Hon @JM_Scindia Please ascertain that BSNL gets its act together. This is a repeat! 🙏🏻

    @Ravisutanjani Government looted 3.22 lakh crores of public money in the cover of @BSNLCorporate . Remember Sangam Snan of one of their officials a few months ago? There are lakhs of such visits. Government has no business in business. @JM_Scindia shut down BSNL.

    @BSNL_NE2 It seems there is no care taker of BSNL Network at Hayuliang 792104.The network disappears for many hours, and if it shows in our phones, it is not capable of receiving even an OTP in critical need. No one is so far found to whom this problem could be conveyed. Pl help.

    @InvestorOfJAMMU @grok Sometimes we look at BSNL from an urban lens and miss out a very crucial area - rural India There are so many parts in rural India where BSNL is the only option for people (landline/mobile/broadband) everything There is one way to make the whole thing less cash haemorrhaging As far as urban areas are concerned, BSNL should stick to B2B segment. All government and PSU offices to use BSNL only. (Of course service has to be very good) Try some good private office segments also. The whole purpose of currently keeping BSNL alive is for rural India. There is absolutely no sense in using BSNL for B2C segment in urban India - it cannot compete with Jio and Airtel. So better to drop that segment and let go of staff also for that segment

    Very poor BSNL service in Amariaaghipur near Siva Mandir, Pakha Mohapatra Sahi, Balasore, Odisha. No signal, no coverage, no internet, nothing is working. This is causing serious inconvenience. Please fix immediately. @BSNLCorporate #BSNLComplaint
