    @MSEDCL Though the ppt looks good,Its of no use. Because ultimately end result matter. Consumer satisfaction is in minus as you close complaints without any resolution. Meter Failure/exorbitant bills/rude staff behavior and many. Look how bsnl collapsed.try to learn from mistakes. #MSEB

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL internet speed is very low, it is not worth using. For this, even after contacting customer care, there is no consultation.

    My 2nd issue is that my internet connection has been upgraded due to BSNL's internal plan changes. I was earlier subscribed to the "750GB Plan - Bharat Fiber" which has now been upgraded to "FIBRE PREMIUM PLUS". (6/n)
