    @bsnl_ap_circle Hi sir, I am Ongole. Yesterday I raised complaint against bad behaviour that would have experienced by me from BSNL perspective person. No actions have been taken and my issue not yet resolved. Docket number:129551084419. Kindly tell that person interact in best.

    @TRAI please let me know timeline for processing recharge or refund because @BSNLCorporate is not at all helpful & i am stuck with ****** services of bsnl. 6 days till now and recharge not processed, no answer to issue raised and even no refund.what should i do now? @DoT_India

    @BSNLCorporate October 2022 full month no connection working. Many complaints sent your local office. You took only charges without service. I will make official legal notice thru court in coming days. Your BSNL only collect charges. Why i will pay charges without network connection?@BSNL_CHTD

    2 months ago, I had visited BSNL office for new connection of FIBER..I had waited for 2 weeks no one come than I decided if this type of service than not required. No fiber installation but send a bill of ₹ 673 after a month. THIS IS BSNL @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ @GovernmentofI20

    @BSNLCorporate when will BSNL launch their 4G/5G service pan India (not on phase manner)because lack of this service BSNL losing customer base. In 2022 still BSNL 3G service not available every where.

    @BSNLCorporate I haven't joined the BSNL broadband connection yet still I am facing issues. How you are going to grow if you don't fill the request fo new customer.
