@BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Sir, no action taken on our complaint. 80 year old customer made to run from pillar to post. Issue still not resolved. BSNL has made a football of our issue. Land line is still not working and no one has attempted to address the issue.

Another viable option govt dept. And that also bring a chain of bad service , low quality, corruption, delayed work and many more. If BSNL take the onus of digitalization I doubt we might still be using 2G only. So we must be sensible towards our approach.

@BSNL_KOTD That is the most misleading ad I have seen. Despite your tall claims 6 of my BSNL lines are dead since March 2020. No docket numbers issued on your complaint lines. Last 2 cycles we have discontinued paying your bills.
