@BSNLCorporate I am waiting in Pondicherry BSNL Customer Care Centre. Staffs are refused to receive bill payment due to network issue. More than 50 people are still waiting. Staffs should not wish to receive the bill manually and refused to give manual receipts.

@sunirnay Bro already I complained many times but no use and my location signal strength is good. I am located near by bsnl tower but thing is no network in some time not only 3g bro that time no service 2g also. it shows emergency call only for every bsnl users in particular tower site.

@sunirnay I am not want that much speed just I want proper network signal monthly two or three times no network for 4 to 5 hrs and also no network if power cut happen. This is my experience with bsnl

@BSNL_TN emergency call only I joined BSNL network on 6 June and second time I am facing no network service. 8th June 4hrs no network and today also no network from 12:30 pm. super.. excellent service

It was workin perfectly for the first few months.After that it slowly started degrading.Slow speed.Customer care is not responding scincerly.They are not coming to my house to even check it. @DoT_India got a call from bsnl customer care, they explained to me that battery backup is not functioning at gulaothi exchange and they don't have funds to install new backup, no power no bsnl connectivity..what a waste of government infrastructure and money.

@BSNL_BR @PMOIndia @DoT_India I am really struggling with getting home broadband connection from BSNL. We do not have any other broadband services here. We have poor cellular connectivity as well. Village areas should also be properly setup with better internet service.
