    @sunirnay I am not want that much speed just I want proper network signal monthly two or three times no network for 4 to 5 hrs and also no network if power cut happen. This is my experience with bsnl

    @NirmalDebNath8 Bro contact with near by BSNL exchange and make a complaint.if they will not resolve your issue and no response you can call nodal officer to complaint against ignorence of issues

    @sunirnay Bro already I complained many times but no use and my location signal strength is good. I am located near by bsnl tower but thing is no network in some time not only 3g bro that time no service 2g also. it shows emergency call only for every bsnl users in particular tower site.

    @BSNLCorporate @narendramodi BSNL is proud to accomplish submarine optical fibre connectivity project but, I am is worried to gone network signal before 3 days from bsnl network in my location

    @BSNLCorporate I am waiting in Pondicherry BSNL Customer Care Centre. Staffs are refused to receive bill payment due to network issue. More than 50 people are still waiting. Staffs should not wish to receive the bill manually and refused to give manual receipts.

    @hotstar_helps I have lot of compliments last 6 months still no one solved my activation problem bsnl Hotstar doing mentally irritating my money totally waste 6 months paid bsnl fiber premium poor less service support both are not solved my problem doing lazy job gaming with customers.

    @DoT_India ozhandaikirapalayam, pondicherry no proper call and data connectivity here in bsnl,airtel,jio.Bsnl fiber only available here is very poor in service.Other fiber providers who had provided earlier have been forced to go out of this area due to bsnl installation people

    @BSNL_TN emergency call only I joined BSNL network on 6 June and second time I am facing no network service. 8th June 4hrs no network and today also no network from 12:30 pm. super.. excellent service

    -they are cutting fiber lines of other service providers forcing all to move to bsnl fiber. In this covid situation work from home needs good connections. Please Take immediate action this area bsnl cable handlers and allow other operators to serve us

    @saaachimehta Antilia is his own property why would hey pay rent ....if I own a company I have shares in it or in any other way I'll pay my power bill etc without taking salary , and he is not taking our tax amount he is giving service you are paying for that if u don't want then use bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate Still 1. VoLTE does not work while Roaming. 2. Still no LTE Carrier aggregation. 3. Still the network suddenly falls back from 4G to 3G and does not go back to 4G, unless manually forced to 4G. 4. Still BSNL Wifi Calling does not work on most of the handset. @JM_Scindia

    Your customer care is useless. What is the point of AI bots when they just raise a ticket and not take any action. How businesses with mediocre practices survive in India is beyond my understanding. Will go local + BSNL for voice now.

    @bsnl_care Visited BSNL office and head of branch is promoting services even though it is not required by customer threating that existing services going to be ceased if not opted for upgrade. You can not force services on customer to meet your target.

    BSNL is doing something pretty interesting with its new 5G broadband service, BSNL Q-5G. Plans start at ₹999 for 100 Mbps and ₹1,499 for 300 Mbps. It's currently being tested in Bengaluru, Pune, Chandigarh, Gwalior, Pondicherry and Visakhapatnam. Unlike Jio AirFiber and Airtel Xstream AirFiber, BSNL's router doesn't need a SIM card at all. Just power it on and it gets authenticated on the network automatically using the device's built-in identity.

    @JioCare Please look at the past history. Whenever it goes down it takes many days and sometimes weeks to fix the problem. Two days ago I paid 21000 for annual plan. Isn't it cheating to have such a long down time? Even BSNL was never down for such a long time
