    ur IVR system is even more trouble. After I enter my phone no. correctly, it say entered number is wrong. Select option 2 to talk to executive, they pick t call n disconnect. Crazy **** going on. How to complaint or follow up ? This is t reason why ppl dont choose BSNL now days

    As a customer I would request @BSNLCorporate to approve ONUs frm reputed manufacturers. I bought Netlink ONU on advise frm @BSNL_KOTD team in 2021. Though BSNL spprt is very prompt for any N/w issues bt spprt frm @NetlinkICT is extremely poor. My inst is dwn & unable 2 use intrnt

    @JioCare Ok Great In future expect same do not use jammers allow BSNL ,MTNL too bid for any G services. Let allow GOI services too exist. Few Indian services like Air India was one of safest airline. In Emergency we need access to all networks.

    @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India please check your network in 331022, ratangarh, Churu. Area "near Ramchandra park. The network is not stable. Internet speed is not good. The speed given by bsnl is 0.0MB.
