Kindly confirm whether the activation issue regarding 827****151 is related to the same network issue already registered under H3030198900217, or whether this is a different/new issue, so that we can take the appropriate action.     I think @airtelindia is no better than BSNL in Dehradun. I switched to Airtel thinking service and customer support will be good. Well I was wrong, broadband maintainability is very bad. Issue resolves, ticket resolves and issue occurs again. Then the cycle follows of this pain

    @BSNLCorporate Today i.e 29 Aug i purcahsed BSNL 4G sim i was told that it be activated in 1 hr but still no signal tull now. Kindly look into the matter

    @bsnl_care What I got on previous complaint was just an SMS the ticket is closed. Without anyone trying to understand. BSNL aupport don’t even know what’s VoWifi.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 I love using BSNL 4G Volte service in Kolkata since 2022 and my before 4G I use BSNL 3G from 2014, take sim from Kolkata on 2014. I suggest BSNL please start 4G service in Village area soon.
