    I had a very disappointing experience at the BSNL CSC Newtown Kolkata. I visited seeking assistance, but the lady staff member was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of helping me or guiding me properly, she simply told me to “search on Google” . @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL First start service of sim upgrade from 2G to 4G in every state for other states residents, I was really surprised to hear in BSNL Ahmedabad office that they can't issue 4G sim against my 2G sim as it belongs to Kerala.
