    @BSNL_CHTD I am porting to another service provider because of poor network in my area.. any way all BSNL tower will be given to private players on NMP.. so better to switch to another service provider

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH I'm BSNL FTTH user it's been a year I'm using i got some problem and I'm trying to reach local BSNL office but they are not responding. I never expected this experience from BSNL.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi Extremely poor services bsnl ghaziabad compelled me to disconnect my 30 year old landline and then they compelled me to port my bsnl mobile to jio bsnl officers and other staff responsible for this

    @OVBismarch There is no business for the gov to be in telecommunication. BSNL was not the best service nor was it cheap, it was the only option/ monopoly for all. The valuations through which most PSUs are gutting it was more than the amount of damage they have caused.

I was work before 2 years using wimax of BSNL and it has been dead by department. Please help me to get better internet.Thanks

    Dear sir, last two months I have just pay bills and registered complaint for BSNL landline or brodband ,no one come for repair just call come for pay outstanding bills,just ask you we have only pay bills or any facility provided by bsnl.please sell bsnl for private fully#BSNL

    @PIB_India @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia I know you don't have time for these types of issue but for a general public it's a big issue to wait for officer to come. Address bsnl head office Samastipur Bihar 848101 It's 11:44 am but still waiting. It's a request to look into it asap

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, Due to smart city project #indore municipal corporation has cut down the fiber cable of #BSNL . Customers of BSNL are facing problems because of this. An estimated loss of 2 crores. Please reimburse compensation to BSNL @DoT_India
