    @BSNL_CHTD I am porting to another service provider because of poor network in my area.. any way all BSNL tower will be given to private players on NMP.. so better to switch to another service provider

    What has happened to @BSNLCorporate mobile customer service? A reactivation for change of SIM taking more than 10 hours (still not done). Earlier it used to be done within 3-4 hours. How many customers is BSNL losing daily? CS ops are outsourced. Few agents, overloaded by work.

    @BSNL_HR @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate Sir,Customer care services of BSNL are very poor. They don't even want to listen to the issue .Every time they cut the phone by saying there is some technical(server) issue we are unable to resolve. Hoping to be heard here.

    @BSNLCorporate I recharged plan 197 pack to number which is already having an active Plan 666 with validity upto Jul 18th 2023. Can you make 2nd recharge pack to be active after expiration of 1st pack as there is duplicate validity. Complaint no: BSNL-TN-2023-CU-04261682500854
