    @BSNL_CHTD I am porting to another service provider because of poor network in my area.. any way all BSNL tower will be given to private players on NMP.. so better to switch to another service provider

    @netplusofficial very poor quality of the after sales services... BSNL is much better than you...BC 2 ghante kehke abhi tk na koi service provider ki taraf se call hai na hi koi technician ki taraf se call hai sirf kharab service hai... Shame on the jujhar group...

    @SudhakarU_V Hi, Double recharge of the same amount activates after the first expires. For a different recharge amount, the second recharge activates immediately. still you are facing issue kinldy contact our customer care at 18001801503.  Rgards , BSNL Care (Gopal)

    @GauravK28805720 As reported by Ludhiana city Postal division it is intimated that with reference to the landline number 01612770148 remained out of order for some days and accordingly complaint was registered with BSNL on 24.04.2026. Now the landline number is working properly.Inconvenience caused is regretted.

    @Iamsamirarora @Akshat_World @Iamsamirarora sir then what do u say the countries where government is doing those things effectively ? If bsnl is not started by then jio couldn't soread its network just like that. Its just a mis info Education, Infrastructure &health should b by govt

    Dear @BSNLCorporate I need a help from you. I want to get BSNL SIM card but it is not available anywhere with me and is not available online also. To login to the official app of BSNL, one must already have a SIM card of BSNL which I do not have.

    Extremely disappointed with the pathetic service from BSNL India. My landline 02555-295780 has been facing poor network speed and unreliable connectivity. This level of service is unacceptable despite regular bill payments.@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @jaagograhakjago

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle #bsnl #trai ur customer service agents r saying there's a problem running in bsnl service regarding recharge n sim port issue,n asked me 2 wait for 24hrs is it resolved or not.

    Thank you for registering the complaint. However, the issue in Kusumi village, Kotpad, Koraput is long pending. There is still no BSNL network and residents are unable to receive OTPs. Kindly prioritise and share a resolution timeline @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India
