    @BSNL_CHTD I am porting to another service provider because of poor network in my area.. any way all BSNL tower will be given to private players on NMP.. so better to switch to another service provider

    @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia Sir, please direct BSNL board to review the signal issue in Mumbai. I have to visit MTNL office to get the connectivity but it fails there also.

    @Ravisutanjani @JM_Scindia directed to increase ARPU of BSNL instead of Market share. With lowest Market share focusing on increase of ARPU will endup in disaster. They should focus on cost effective mobile plans (significantly cheaper than pvt) with better quality of service.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPE bsnl mobile service is not working at tehsil sawayajpur, pin 241123. Frequent interruptions occur and signal goes off. Can you provide a consistent network to resolve this problem permanently.

    @BSNLCorporate Even after recharging, incoming and outgoing calls are still barred. Upon calling customer service, they asked me to visit the BSNL office, which is approximately 20km away. Is this a practical solution and the support expected?

    @bsnl_care Hello BSNL care team BSNL should appoint permanent lineman technical support team to check OFC line in SKTT road lahoul Pangi district Chamba Himachal Pradesh. So permanent lineman team restore 4G service in Pangi valley soon.

    @BSNL_TN @DoT_India Recharged my BSNL number with ₹319 today Success received, but still unable to make/receive calls or SMS. Customer care is asking me to visit an office 25km away, which is not practical. Plz resolve this remotely!

    @bsnl_care reminder 2 You haven't paid any attention yet, which means you want us to terminate your service. Neither did you give any call nor did any technical support contact us. Your action shows that you want us to terminate BSNL service now.

    @BSNLCorporate i am a resident of moradabad uttar pradesh 244001 and i am a new bsnl user. Using Bsnl net is pathetic sometimes it shifts from 4g to E and in 4g ,net doesn't work.if bsnl net is not working properly how i use bsnl.why i do not shift to jio or Airtel.😔🥺
