Had a very bad experience with BSNL GM JAMSHEDPUR. They do not to work. Habituated to send adverse report. Harras public. Works for bribe.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JKD @PMOIndia @rsprasad BSNL is in serious financial trouble, excess debt of Rs 13,000crore. Fit for funaral. 4yrs I was after GM BSNL JAMSHEDPUR for 400 flats complex broad band. BSNL sent adverse report. Refused to help.

@CMDBSNL @rsprasad We followed up BSNL BROADBAND for 390flats Jamshedpur for 5years. Did nothing. Sent adverse report. Never bothered to survey. Hardly any body is available in their office opposite to Big bazar, NH 33 Jamshedpur

@PMOIndia @narenderamodi_ @nsitharaman BSNL has been in trouble since the last 10 years due to poor government policies and delays in bringing new infrastructure. In JAMSHEDPUR, BSNL is the most corrupted. Please do not provide financial aid.

It's hard to understand the rationale behind such decisions when the core service quality remains subpar.

Basic I m not receiving bank and other vendor payment OTPs which has BSNL sim. Help out customers, at least update them. Response???
