Had a very bad experience with BSNL GM JAMSHEDPUR. They do not to work. Habituated to send adverse report. Harras public. Works for bribe.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JKD @PMOIndia @rsprasad BSNL is in serious financial trouble, excess debt of Rs 13,000crore. Fit for funaral. 4yrs I was after GM BSNL JAMSHEDPUR for 400 flats complex broad band. BSNL sent adverse report. Refused to help.

@PMOIndia @narenderamodi_ @nsitharaman BSNL has been in trouble since the last 10 years due to poor government policies and delays in bringing new infrastructure. In JAMSHEDPUR, BSNL is the most corrupted. Please do not provide financial aid.

@CMDBSNL @rsprasad We followed up BSNL BROADBAND for 390flats Jamshedpur for 5years. Did nothing. Sent adverse report. Never bothered to survey. Hardly any body is available in their office opposite to Big bazar, NH 33 Jamshedpur

@togareswap @BSNLCorporate @MoHFW_INDIA Dont be so happy.. Trust me BSNL is the worst provider. Charging almost double than other providers and services are dead slow. I have 100mbps plan but avarage speed is 20 Mbps.and at times less then 5 Mbps.I'm paying almost 1500/- month 4 this. Connectivity is so unpredictable

For all those criticizing BSNL & VI for internet service let me tell you GWAVE is the worst... No connectivity issue or fibre cut are resolved in less then 3 days Also they have the worst team of customer executive and service teams who are very rude and take the customer for

@BSNLCorporate sirs. our landline 044 28111058 is down last 2 days. In the BSNL IVR system complaint is not registered. 90 + old customer suffers . aghast at customer service. no surprise BSNL loses customers.
