Close the shutters. Do not beg funds from public money. Had a very bad experience with BSNL GM JAMSHEDPUR. They do not to work. Habituated to send adverse report. Harras public. Works for bribe.

Fit for funaral. 4yrs I was after GM BSNL JAMSHEDPUR for 400 flats complex broad band. BSNL sent adverse report. Refused to help.

In JAMSHEDPUR, BSNL is the most corrupted. Please do not provide financial aid.
