    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @CMDBSNL2 BSNL raised bill for full month where there was no service for 15 days due to fault of BSNL. Don't you think this is wrong practice. and you made your system such that I cannot raise its complaint also. Why??????????

    @paytmcare recharge ID: 119365526829, I recharged Rs.399 to bsnl operator plan on 12/07/2021 around 10:53 AM. But, I didn't received  SMS or acknowledgment from my mobile operator. Recharge expiry date is today 13/07/2021. Pls. Look into this issue immediately

    I am being forced to pay for my monthly bills when I get to use the service only for around 12-15 days in a month. The franchise model of BSNL is a big failure specially if the vendors are like Mr Gaurav (sun consultants).

    @BSNL_PB Dear Team This is Birender Kumar and I want a braodband connection ..I had asked Bsnl offc many times for the connection. From last one year ..they always says lg jayega..agr pucho k kab then answer is jaldi se jaldi..but there jaldi never came. They says vendor k pas h.

    I would have an expectation from Shri @AshwiniVaishnaw ji to improve BSNL internet provision in tier II and tier III areas Not only the exchanges outrightly ask consumers to have the connection from outsourced ISPs, the speed issues have been rampant.

    @BSNL_RJ Video shows that your good at 2g at 4g era. Not avle to provide high speed 3g. airtel in ads they are specifying 5g ready network. in your ads you plse include that bsnl 4g ready network.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @pgm_pune_bsnl I hv been facing issues wid broadband since 2019. BSNL applies temporary fixes & problem recurs in a few days. Latest is disconnection evry 15 min;it's highly inconvenient for WFH. Could u plz fix this ASAP or suggest if we shd chnge vendor

    @BSNL_UPW I've ported my prepaid mobile to BSNL. BSNL customer care numbers unreachable continously. tried 1503, 1800-180-1503, 198, 1900, 123 and none works. Want to get rid of notifications like "You have used 2 kb data, call cost" continuously without even turning data on.
