    @ViCustomerCare Very pathetic customer service. 3 days past but complain not resolved.Obtained my adhar card for postpaid connection and generated the bill in the other name,and none of your executive concern about that. I think BSNL is giving better service in compare of you.

    @CMDBSNL @IndiaToday I don't think so, I am a bsnl broadband customer and I am seriously disappointed with it, even after making complaints one after other regarding the same issue, you guys are not fixing it. Never gonna use any of your service in future nor will recommend BSNL to anyone

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ Sir, mere pass BSNL ki SIM h jisme m financial crisis ki wjh se recharge nhi krwa paya tha... Lekin ab m usme recharge krwana chahta hu lekin recharge nhi ho pa rha h.... Please help me out to this problem 🙏

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl has taken customers for granted. Only they take salaries and are least bothered about customers suffering, Why does your Rajeev and sharath kumar peenya don't attend. Why should bsnl give them salary them. Both these should be sacked for deficiency in service

    @BSNLCorporate After adding 0 it says number is invalid whereas the number is correct and can be dialled from any other mobile phone. Even with bsnl mobile it's working. Problem only with bsnl landline.

    @BSNLCorporate After complains no one come here to check network quality and cross verify network quality with customer like bsnl staff used to. Without checking they just now submitting that everything is perfact.

    Have lodged a PGP grievance also but no action taken so far. Acc # 8000839548. Need BSNL to convey that they are not able to resolve the power fluctuation problem & even if they resolve,it won't be a permanent one. I could then easily be a part of the Depleting customer base. 🙏🏻
