@BSNLCorporate I have BSNL Fiber(07183299013) having Fiber Basic Plus plan(Rs599/month). I wish to downgrade to Fiber Basic(Rs449/month). Option to downgrade plan has been removed from the self-care portal. Can't visit bsnl office due to covid. Could you help change the plan?

@BSNLCorporate I am not able to activate Hotstar Premium bundled with my broadband plan (BSNL SUPERSTAR-2). I have shared landline number and registered mobile number in direct message. Please check the issue.
