    After every mnp requests Vi employees giving false promises.. But nothing changed till 18th march 2021 Network speed is below 500kbps and calling experience is worst ever.. even bsnl is better in calling.

    @TRAI I am a resident of Haripur village,Khagaria,Bihar,Pin Code-848203. Here we do not have any internet service provider except BSNL who can provide broadband internet. Monopoly situation exists throughout. Customers are willing to enjoy better service of better companies.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @TRAI I called the BSNL customer care and one of them is saying that and bill is paid. And another guy says that bill is not paid. Which one I can trust. Your agents are providing the wrong information.
