    After every mnp requests Vi employees giving false promises.. But nothing changed till 18th march 2021 Network speed is below 500kbps and calling experience is worst ever.. even bsnl is better in calling.

    Facing competition @BSNLCorporate has to adopt USER FRIENDLY policy & not Jio like ***** tricks to harass users. For no reason SIGNAL DROP SYSTEM b PRACTICED to force user to go for more expensive methods. It amounts to fleeing To survive BSNL shud not follow MONOPOLISTIC ways

    @JM_Scindia Sir, Mumbai being a Metro City , there is No BSNL Network in almost 70 - 80% city areas. Who will prefer to switch to #BSNL ? Team just acknowledge the complaint and say that we are working but this working is never completed and user port to Pvt TSP. @robertravi21

    @JioCare Sub Division -Bonaigarh, Sundargarh district, Jio network is not providing call and data service from 17 may 2026, 12 AM now it's 18 hours passed we are not able to use SIM call and data service, I am using now BSNL from that data I am able to complaint kindly resolve.

    The concerning part isn't the technical mechanism, it's that BSNL pushed a carrier settings update, a VoWiFi activation campaign, and a burst of OTA provisioning messages to devices, all within the same window. These land on your phone without you initiating anything. If you accepted the carrier update when prompted, your modem was silently re-initialised. Whether anyone on the network operations side considered device-side impact is a fair question.

    @BSNLCorporate, @PMOIndia @BSNL_UPEast Again I'm getting only 2Mbps speed Please fix the issue and consider rebate in my monthly bill. Facing this speed issue for 10 days I launch the complaints multiple times but no action taken from higher authority of #BSNL 05564-297248

    @BaluGorade Who is stopping to have more companies , we have Vi and BSNL , Airtel is running efficiently so are the profits , Govt is giving lot of help to Vi with respect to AGR dues and paying still don’t understand why are we crying on Airtel .

    @JioCare Received Service Restoration Message just now. Thanks for resolution. However please improve on customer service as 24 hours outage is big concern. We don’t want to go back to BSNL era.
