    After every mnp requests Vi employees giving false promises.. But nothing changed till 18th march 2021 Network speed is below 500kbps and calling experience is worst ever.. even bsnl is better in calling.

    @DoT_India I understand from the Kelambakkam BSNL team that the underground connections/issues cannot be serviced, but, if the overhead connections are not reliable and stable, as promised, I don't know how they expect them to switch to overheard connections.

    C..2 Where you could recharge talktime and pay per usage. Please do something about it. BSNL the Public Company should not be 💯% Commerce oriented. Moreover public money goes to Support it all the time.

    @reliancejio First of all, you need to try to improve the present network. Unable to access internet connection, speed slower than BSNL. Please stop your mobile service. Have some peace for Dhirubhai in his present abode.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK . Two entire days without internet on 11th and 12 th Feb 2023 . Very rude behaviour from bsnl staffs as they don’t pick our request on weekend . 12 th and 13 th Feb 2023 was without internet . Poor service from BSNL . Account No : 9040555760. Disappointed

    Shouldn’t have let BSNL down. Cost of it is enormous for students in tier 2 & rural areas seeking WiFi networks where private broadband cos are hesitant to penetrate for the cost. 6 kms from Tirupati, only decent network is ACT broadband who isn’t ready to take on new lanes.
