    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ : I have done recharge of 395 on BSNL using @Paytm Recharge is not credited to my account. There is no one to help me. Not even @Paytm or @BSNLCorporate : My recharge reference number is : 2379386398

    @thetanmay Switch to BSNL fibernet. They have good customer service. Solve issues within 24 hours and the Dept of Telecom owes them 30000 cr, which if cleared may lead to a further improvement in service.

    @PMOIndia Hon'ble Sir! Kindly restart BSNL's Bishnupur Mobile Tower(VILLAGE&PANCHAYAT-BISHNUPUR,BLOCK-AMOUR,DISTRICT-PURNIA,BIHAR-854315 In Katihar Telecom SSA) which was closed from more than last two years.We all BSNL Mobile Customers are facing Network issues.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH so we pay a massive RS 1500 per month on BSNL broadband and since 5 days get a runaround on service and no news when it's gonna be fixed . How crap is that ? Complaint regn 105622256 and if you can't let's migrate to another provider?

    I am a customer of optical fibre of BSNL,Rayagada,odisha.From Yesterday internet connection has disconnected...I have complained at Telephone exchange but they are told that electric connection not there for due the bill of electricity. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @snaik_bsnl

    @cgm_mh_bsnl , regret to mention pathetic service of bsnl, pune. Every 5 mins net stops, modem has 2 b reset. How can u promote fiber internet when yr basic internet services are so poor. No wonder people are switching to pvt players (020-26139318)

    Government has launched #DigitalIndia @digitalindia it is very nyc goverment is running with technology but sir please solve Internet issue ...Without Internet ntng is happening this days ... And we apply to bsnl they don't provide the connection in one year also
