    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ : I have done recharge of 395 on BSNL using @Paytm Recharge is not credited to my account. There is no one to help me. Not even @Paytm or @BSNLCorporate : My recharge reference number is : 2379386398

    We are facing problem regarding our PRI line (Morbi) down from last 5 days. We are traying to contact so many BSNL employees but we did not get proper response. Give us solution on priority as soon as possible @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ

    After every mnp requests Vi employees giving false promises.. But nothing changed till 18th march 2021 Network speed is below 500kbps and calling experience is worst ever.. even bsnl is better in calling.

    Due to bad netwrk, i m nt able to continue my wok as I need to access intrnet but bad netwrk keep chngng again m again frm 2G to 4G n 4G to 2G. @BSNLCorporate i never expect such a worst experience with BSNL. Even I m nt able to able to tag loctn due bad network .

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Dear Sir. BSNL network internet connection is too poor that ,its working on GPRS. Only after night 12.00am i can access internet on BSNL. Not a single page is working through out the day. Please fix this problem asap.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @BSNL_AS the routing is so bad. It's very good until reaching bsnl dns. After that it's sent on a free India trip. And few servers inbetween time out. That's the reason for high latency. Are you going to change the routing or not. please tell.

    @JohnRayhan They don't have a customer service, it is non existent. Both @VodafoneGroup and @airtelindia are giving it away to JIO while we customers are still clinging to them just because we don't want to go with JIO. I along with family left both and using BSNL, Happy with BSNL.
