    @BSNLCorporate Thank you for your response. bsnl complaint 5/oct/2020: 1053627951. I managed to raise a complaint through customer care. But the issue is not resolved

    @GSAIGETOA After seeing this I can say one thing the tower is near to u within 1km maybe, but in my condition the roof top side is 500 mtr but still poor quality network bcause of BSNL poor planning & deployment & manipulative remarks in complaints to close things 🚨

    @Ravisutanjani 🚨 ₹6,982 Cr approved for BSNL’s 2025 capex, adding to ₹3.22L Cr in prior aid, yet BSNL keeps losing users & lacks quality. Why? Slow 4G/5G rollout, spotty networks, & bureaucratic delays lag behind Jio/Airtel. Funding alone won’t fix it. BSNL needs tech & service upgrades fast. Why BSNL is Falling Behind: 1. Delayed 4G/5G: BSNL’s 96,300 4G sites (91,281 active) trail Jio/Airtel’s nationwide 4G/5G networks. 5G trials are limited, slowing competitiveness. 2. Poor Network Quality: Unreliable coverage & slow speeds drive users to rivals, despite domestic tech push (TCS, C-DOT). 3. Operational Issues: Bureaucracy hampers innovation; short-validity plans & weak customer service alienate users. 4. User Loss: 98.74M subscribers (8.22% market share) with monthly churn due to subpar service & pricing. 5. Financial Strain: Q1 FY26 loss (₹1,049 Cr) despite profits in FY25 shows funding isn’t enough without efficiency. BSNL must prioritize network reliability, competitive plans, & agile management to compete.

    @bsnl_care Please do something for fast and stable resolution to the problem. I have been facing this breakdown problem at least once a month, sometimes twice or thrice. Please also take note of breakdown period and advise to reduce bsnl charges for breakdown period.

    @bsnl_care why there is no service (no network) when there is even a light rain? most of the time no network in bsnl? regret opting for bsnl.

    @Ravisutanjani Are they really using this money to improve service or is it just for corruption why after spending thousands of crores of money for BSNL they are not able to provide even a simple network for calling outside the metro cities.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Possible, at the same time, usability (signal strength) of BSNL is much more discounted, up to 90%, even for voice calls. BSNL these days, more in publicity rather than improving their coverage & customer care.
