    @BSNLCorporate Thank you for your response. bsnl complaint 5/oct/2020: 1053627951. I managed to raise a complaint through customer care. But the issue is not resolved

I was hoping BSNL would support my request, especially since I explained that I'm unable to visit a store due to my health condition and that my Jio recharge has already expired.     @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @bsnl Sir, complaint number: 115685456, whenever I gave a complaint it will work properly for 1 week, after that same problem repeats, Technician is asking to change 5G modem? Is it correct? Pl show a permanent solution, otherwise replace existing modem.
