@BSNLCorporate Thank you for your response. bsnl complaint 5/oct/2020: 1053627951. I managed to raise a complaint through customer care. But the issue is not resolved

@BSNLCorporate Hello, on your DM I have shared my contact details and issue details. Please address this issue urgently as it is causing huge mental stress to us. Even today we received call from BSNL threatening us of legal action.
