    @BSNLCorporate Thank you for your response. bsnl complaint 5/oct/2020: 1053627951. I managed to raise a complaint through customer care. But the issue is not resolved

    Repeatedly we informed that our BSNL broadband connection is facing disturbance (internet fluctuated ) over social media or 03621-240200 .our number is 03621-242043 but issue is not resolved till yet . Because of the reason best known to the authority @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate Team sorry to say but this is worst ever service I received from any FFTH provider. I am constantly facing irregularities in FFTH internet service,low speed internet also reported but didn't received any feedback/resolution form local bsnl team.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlpune Expecting a good service from BSNL is like expecting rains in Summer it nvr happens it's been 7 days after a months followup since your Fibre netwrk line hs been given no connection has been given yet..that's why the private players always prevail. #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @harmeet97410937 To, bsnl corporate this is regarding my deposit is pending. i have surrendered line on 18-08-2020. and the amt 902/- is still pending. my landline number was 044-28331947 AND CUSTOMER ID WAS 4023534682 AND BILLING ID WAS 9037623787. KINDLY REFUND MY DEPOSIT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

    @HHsuumit24 Still there is some problems lying with local BSNL telephone exchange. Concerned Authority is working on the matter to resolve the technical issue at the earliest. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

    @HingeNivrutti I'm not from Maharashtra,sir. My point is customer satisfaction/service is very poor in BSNL. That's the major reason for its downfall. They are treating us as if they're doing a favor for us by giving the connection

    @reliancejio please bring your connection to our area there are a lot of people using bsnl fiber who have got irritated with their service. If you bring your connection here all of the people will shift to jio.

    @essarkar Regarding matter of upgrading Raghunathpur SO to CBS platform matter has already been taken up with concerned SIFY and BSNL authorities for network connectivity and the matter is actively pursued. Complainant is requested to kindly bear with.
