@BSNLCorporate Thank you for your response. bsnl complaint 5/oct/2020: 1053627951. I managed to raise a complaint through customer care. But the issue is not resolved

I am using this service from last 3 months and I am hoping one day this will be best service and but I am loosing my hope , I can not relay only on BSNL services , I still ned to pay to Jio/Airtel for 4G services, so your Fiber is not adding any value so far. @BSNL_CG_Circle

@BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate Its been more than 6 days BSNL Landline & Internet is down in our area. When logged comolaints, sms received as resolved wirhout any action. Pathetic...u will never improve.
