@pradhanya20051 @SubathraDevi_ Yes, a CAG report confirms BSNL failed to bill Reliance Jio for using its passive infrastructure (like towers) since 2014, resulting in an estimated ₹1,757 crore government loss due to unenforced agreements. BSNL disputes this, stating no revenue shortfall occurred under their master service agreement, with an addendum signed in 2025 for future charges. The lapse appears real, though interpretations differ.

@pupNkitten BSNL used to offer 2 GB at ₹98/month, then it became 1.5GB, then 900MB, then in 2014 it was around 750 MB at ₹98/month. Basically, BSNL was the crony capitalist. "Bhai Sahab Nahi Legaga" was its nick name which tells a lot about its network coverage. We don't thank Jio enough.
