    I have called in BSNL complaint care for more than 15 times since morning no one is talking to me they are all busy with each other . What a pathetic way to handle customers @BSNLCorporate @bsnlcustomer

    @BSNL_KOTD everyday gprs on mobile phone with BSNL sim card stops after 12 noon in belur math area of howrah region authorities are just not interested to solve the problem.

    @BSNLCorporate I can't able to make calls & send SMS to any number.I have done reacharge of 153. I can't able to able my benefits.. Worst Telecom operators of the world.😌 Please solve my issue quickly. Other wise i will definitely move to another operator Today. @BSNL_BR #BSNL

    @DoT_India Sir/Madam your TSP/division doesn't seem to be concerned about the matter at all. It has been 6 months since I'm having this issue with my BSNL internet. I'm paying my bills on time, yet it is no exaggeration that I'm not getting service even 15 days a month. LL no. - 01512946899

    @BSNL_KL Worst service. Charging around 9000 Rs fir installation itself.. Local cable operators are installing it. Also they provide cheap WiFi modem. Not even providing BSNL modem. You are not even investigating it . . worst.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I have called BSNL ofc hundreds of times till now. NOBODY EVEN ANSWERS THE PHONE. They say "cable has broken" - SAME issue TWICE a WEEK yet they take 2-3 DAYS to fix it. Such DISHONEST employees r looting the GOVT. & us Utterly Shameful LL - 01512946899
