    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL @cgmbsnlkerala Im bsnl broadband fibre customer(04742964049)of plan fibre tb 777 which is 100 mbps connection.i want to downgrade my plan .but i cant downgrade in self care portal as it only shows plan which is higher than current plan amount.(1/2)

    @biswaisbecc Airtel, Vi and jio all the three have done it. But bsnl plans are still cheap and they recently have launched 4g, if you get good network coverage from bsnl in your area, go for it. But remember the service and everything will be really slow.

    @BSNLCorporate @UN @CVCIndia Worst service ever, I've send mails, calling your executives but got no solution of my bill dispute... I've stoped using bsnl fiber from 2 months now and I'm getting 3k bill notifications #majburikanaambsnl .. consumer court is the last option I'm left with..

    @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate BSNL business strategy is pushing it out of competition itself. 3rd party vendors for Bharat Fibre are looting people in the name of BSNL, and they (BSNL) don't have any clue regarding their products, services and service areas.

    @ChinmayDhumal My mom uses jio as main sim but her airtel sim has her old number from 1990s from which everything is connected her bank account, etc and people still call on that number but the increasing tariffs is a trouble for her she's probably gonna switch to bsnl it has good coverage here
