    @otvkhabar There is a secrecy. JIO& Airtel know very well that tribal people can't pay high cost recharge voucher so that they have rejected 238 villages.BSNL is "Bombay ka Ladu"& 80% network is dead.Telecom Budget goes to other fund.This is practical senerio of digital India of our country

    in the last 10 years i switched (MNP) cell carriers from Airtel to BSNL, then to Jio. so basically tried them all and can say with experience that Jio is the worst among them... QoS, Coverage, Speed, and Stability wise all are pos, and TRAI is not doing anything as this m.f.king govt is a puppet of the owner of Jio...

    @bsnl_care @TRAI @BSNLCorporate It’s been 13 days and there is still no network on this SIM. Even the BSNL team has no information on why the service is down. I have already paid ₹300 for the recharge, which I’m sure I’ll never get back. Please stop scamming customers like this.

    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India BSNL has not provided any option in Selfcare App for billing related issues. BSNL is still living in monopoly era. Evolve! There should be email address/ contact no. of Accounts Officer (TR) in the BSNL Bill for billing related issues. Improve!

    @JM_Scindia why are you destroying BSNL by outsourcing critical digital projects, handling sensitive Indian data to Chinese firm Whale Cloud? This was previously managed by TCS, but now service is a disaster and our data's at risk in chinese hands. @DoT_India @PMOIndia

    Dear @CMDBSNL, If BSNL employees were incapable or unqualified, how have key performance indicators such as uptime, revenue, and ARPU improved with even modest planning and investment? The results clearly show that employees were never the problem.
