    After two month of torture and dipression given by "VI". I have PORT my contact number to JIO/Airtel. Good bye to Worst service provider of my country. Never suggest to anyone for this company, even BSNL is more better than this with their only 3G services. @ViCustomerCare

    @Zakas_PK Sir, The inconvenience caused to the customer is deeply regretted.The case has been taken up with BSNL but no suitable action has been taken up yet, further Public Relations Inspector of Post has been directed to escalate the matter with BSNL.

Please call BSNL customer care number and quote operator reference number 5897415195 to highlight the problem.

    @MirrorNow @Daanish_Anand But Post offices & Banks are still running on BSNL cable network where every day consumers has to suffer network issues while standing in que. Government has no plan to upgrade the basic system why I don't know.

    @BSNLCorporate @UN @BSNLCorporate I know BSNL is shutting down in services in UPE after blaming Electricity supply. Please on your BTS 1-2 hrs network to port my number to other operator. I did 2 number in last 24th July (4hrs netwrk aftr more thn 2months). Mallawan,Hardoi UPE 7376663095

    BSNL is full of incompetent corrupts at the bottom. The problem of battery backup in my area is there since last 3-4 months but they are not even trying to resolve it. Area - Kasba , Distt - Purnea, Purnea, Bihar PIN - 854330
