BSNL kindly do not harrase your subscribers by stopping them to move for a service. As I am not able to call, text to any one even after having validity balance. Shame Subsisting contractual obligations. #BSNL, #TRAI, #COMMUNICATIONMINISTER.

@Abhis2309 Reply from TSP- Customer concern is about unable to make call on BSNL landline number and toll free number, so we checked and confirmed that there no blocking on his Vi account as all the voice, SMS and data service is active. If he still facing issue kindly share us the (1/2)

very pathetic internet services last 1 month, internet not restored, reaching to contractors, BSNL officer, but of no use, feeling helpess, my sister brother not able to take online classes, backlog of 150 hrs, mental torture. No other service available @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate
