In my village there are children who have study from home and bsnl is only service in india which is affordable but network is costly please

    from more than 3 months, huge call drop facing in my mother's phone. I complaint many time in bsnl customer care. But they are taking very lightly this and not resolving call drop. I sincerely request you @DoT_India please help me. You are only hope to resolve it. @BSNL_KOTD

    @BSNLCorporate is the most pathetic service provider.Having data issues on my cell since 4 days now.Tried reaching them out on 198,Twitter,Facebook and BSNL but no fix.They will provide you 2G network with 4G sim. Please don't subscribe to BSNL. Grievance raised @DoT_India @TRAI
