Pathetic service from Wardha (Maharashtra) BSNL office staff. Never on time check in & no idea what plan they are selling or activating for their customer. Please get us better service providers. 🙏 @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @cgm_mh_bsnl

@Khurpench_ Very bad decision by BSNL, your service is not good, there is no network in the village and you are making recharge expensive, so customers can leave BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate BSNL networks are not available at many places. I have reported this over X to CGM Bihar. No response to this! I have been a subscriber since BSNL started cell phone services. But, now, it appears, I have to go to another service provider, as BSNL is non responsive
