    @cgm_mh_bsnl sir I believe BSNL should improve customer service . Internet is not working properly since last week . Logged compliant # 1054737793 which is closed without any action or confirmation..still awaiting resolution ....

    @BSNLCorporate Yes, thank you. It did get resolved. There is just one issue with the broadband bandwidth. I get around 6+ to 7 Mbps but earlier when I had been using BSNL ADSL, I was getting around 11 Mbps as a maximum and at least 8+ Mbps was usually the normal speed couple of years ago.

    @narendramodi Modi ji while inuagating jio telecom u had said that I will not let down BSNL,but sorry,u have not even given G4 to BSNL and it's failing And u are selling it because of jio

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD Your selfcare portal doesnt work properly with gateway timeouts. I am trying to change bsnl plan in West Bengal circle from "Value All Cul" to "LL-Sulabh Plan with Rent 150, Outgoing". On clicking the submit change button, the browser times out after 5m
