    @BSNL_GJ There is a BSNL toll free no. 18003451500 for complaints. But whom to complain if the toll free no. itself is not working or no one responds on it. And if complaint is taken, a text message follows that complaint is resolved . Strange are the ways of BSNL.

    @BSNL_BR I changed my bsnl no 9430212957 from bsnl old sim to new 4g sim from bsnl barh office, it has been more than 60hrs but mobile says switch off while it is not and tower is showing. No help from customer care.

    @deepakvenkatesh Last year I visited LIC office for some early redemption. I understood why you should never invest in any LIC product...they will become another bsnl within 10 yrs...
