    @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate Since 21st February to till today we are getting very very poor service of BSNL internet service at NEEPCO EXCHANGE AREA, DULIAJAN with fluctuating network between Edge and 4G/3G. Why it's taking so much time to restore the system???

    @BSNLCorporate Hi team,my issue is not regarding any disconnection,it's about "My BSNL" app available on Google Play Store. You need to improve its interface.Also if I need to downgrade the existing plan of FTTH,I'm not able to do so from website login,only upgrade option available please check

    @BSNLCorporate Location is Ambassa, Dhalai District, Tripura, Pin 79989. BSNL fiber service is poor in Ambassa area. You can contact your service provider of this are for more information.

    @BSNLCorporate recently talked to BSNL Customer care they don't even know the existence of Jharkhand state , How the problems will be solved in this way .....
