    @shreekis REPLIED - by BSNL KL Called and our field unit visited the location complaint is about the internal coverage , outside the house coverage and voice call is ok, but inside the house due to terrain issues signal level is low, our field unit increased the power of the sector( (1/2)

    @BSNLCorporate Now a days we are also facing slow internet due to overcrowding or switching of people to BSNL.Please increase the 3G frequency so that we ll stay connected with BSNL as like earlier.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw I tweeted you last 24th about getting bsnl's BHARAT AIR FIBRE connection.However BSNL has not given me any assurance yet.please help me to get this air fibre connection(Booking no.EB20220100026011_931508) in my house.

    @BSNL_BR please share any working phone number for customer care. Tried 20-30 numbers available online, various offices, none are working. @BSNLCorporate @bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate What next now? As per you the connection is working. I am not able to make/receive any calls. Internet is also not working. So do I keep paying even if not getting any service? No one from BSNL has showed up at the place of connection in the past 8 days to sort this issue @TRAI
