    @JioCare So far no resolution? Your customer care guys are not trained to escalation systems. They argue with customer for nothing. No resolution oriented discussion. It's going to be like BSNL once faulty it's gone. Just casual approach,customer is without serv@jagograhakjago @PMOIndia

    I'm bsnl ftth customer since 7 months bsnl given the ftth service to private persons and that vendor is taking the money for installation and router amount and he is not giving the correct routers and proper service also whom I need to contact @bsnl_tt

    @CMDBSNL @rsprasad Hon'ble Sir, Due to negligence to provide uninterrupted mobile service at Ambari T.E (03561) since 1.5 years by Jalpaiguri Telecom auth. BSNL losses their customer base at this area. Complained several times but no action took by the authority yet. (1/2)

    @CMDBSNL Sir launch 4g all over India and stop validity recharges of rs94,75 and provide 90 Days default service validity on each recharge by default.this will be more beneficial for customer and bsnl.when we do any recharge validity should increase 90 days automatically.thanks.

    @Airtel_Presence My broadband connection is down for more than 24 hrs. Raised a request on the app but still no response from anyone. Airtel is also becoming another BSNL in my area just because of the late resolution of issues.
