    BSNL- full of unprofessionalism & Pathetic services, called bsnl customer care for disconnection of my landline but forced to go to office, requested to provide higher officials mail Id for sending request but brutally denied to provide, OMG #BSNL #cmdbsnl

    @RailWireIndia why do you guys run a support center since you do not have adequate staff.... Calling up east center since morning and eventually there is no hold option.... Sahi hai kal jab sale ki baat aayegi to bsnl ki tarah phir rona...
