@BSNLCorporate Every 10 days i am facing the same issue please provide the permanent solution to the problem or else if u can't let me know I'll discontinue using bsnl services and will switch to @JioFiberVoice or @airtelindia. I am so done with the services of BSNL.

I am fed up of bsnl serivce where there is no proper internet and very slow speed up to 0.03 kbps which I couldn't load on Google or any thing even there are many call drops and of the electricity goes the network will disappear.i think coustomer care is dead@BSNLCorporate

I called 7 times in a row yesterday to bsnl customer care regarding payment related query and every single agent put the call on hold. If you cannot provide service don't stay in the market. such a bad behaviour as expected from bsnl. shameful acts.@BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate sir, I had bsnl broadband with landline in my residence since last 20 years. It never crossed internet speeds of 2 mbps although 10 mbps is assured as per the scheme i had choosen. What shall I do sir.
