    Problem not solve.BSNL send me bill of two months when phone is dead.when I can not pay two months bill then my connection disconnected.I can not expect this type of services from BSNL.reply my question.Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Idea, day by day your services are becoming worst. I am feeling like some one stole my 698 Rs after doing a recharge of that amount plan. to open a single web page your service is taking hell lot of time even worst than 2G speed of BSNL.

    Hi @geekyranjit!! I am having BSNL FTTH with a Sharp Modem(Dual Band). But the problem is when I am searching for 5Ghz input to my TP-Link wifi extender (RE305 & RE200), it's not detecting the 5Ghz band but the same is detected by mobile. Any specific settings in the modem req?

    @TRAI @BSNL_KTK Dear DGM BSNL, I am trying from 4 days for UPC code for porting but still has not been generated. Very slow service, customer care told wait for another one week. Take action.

    @reliancejio I think this is right very very worst service. Before jio Fiber You have to check and update ur 4g mobile data and voice service. I think u are going to BSNL direction. Chalate raho but service nahi Dena. Pahle dekho aapke customer kis Area m paresan h wahan data ka Kayaspeedh

    @reliancejio @ril_foundation I'm trying to buy jio fiber new connection last 4to5 months but still having issues no availablety in my area BSNL providing best service in rural area jiofiber is in backfut not providing good service I'm not satisfied with jio 🙄🙄

    BSNL will never improve! My broad band connection with telephone has been faulty for the past week. Complaint recorded on 15 May remains unheeded. DM to BSNL Corporate remains unanswered. @rsprasad or his office don't take messages. What does one do? Lump it? Suggestions please.
