Problem not solve.BSNL send me bill of two months when phone is dead.when I can not pay two months bill then my connection disconnected.I can not expect this type of services from BSNL.reply my question.Thanks

@BSNL_OR till now no resolution of problem regarding the network disconnection from 2 days. Many are suffering from last 2 days ,neither the customer service is not recieving... Neither no body is listening on tweet.Very poor service by #BSNL @BSNLCorporate please help..

For the last more than six months my case for refund of security deposit relating to mobile no 9419564470 is still pending in bsnl office Srinagar despite taking up issue on Twitter from May 2022 and as many as four complaints on CPGRAMS portal

10-20 times a day my internet stops working for like 4-5 sec and sometimes full day I get ping about 400ms and speeds of 2-3 mbps Whenever I complaints this to my vendor he says problems you’re facing is BSNL servers Problem and not from his side. @BSNL_MP_Circle @BSNLCorporate

In the mean time he recived two bills! And warning messages to pay those in time! He has paid those bills - he had NO SERVICE AT ALL for the complete period of one of those bills!! 3/4 #badcustomerservice #BSNL
