    @BSNLCorporate when getting the installation of FTTH connection is had informed me as he is from BSNL so that I raised the issue I am very sorry for the inncovence of information I have usge respect on @BSNLCorporate can DM the detail here who is providing BSNL services in bethamangala

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad 3. With work from home going on in all corporates, rural area is heavily dependent on bsnl fiber as there is no alternative. With this kind of pathetic customer service, no deadlines to complaints, no accountability ; I am just feeling so helpless.

    @BSNLCorporate My bsnl prepaid number is not receiving any incoming messages despitr validty of pack expiring in july..customer care line is always congested of up east.. kindly resolve the issue asap as it is linked with bank and i am unable to do transactions

    @rsprasad @PMOIndia Including BSNL , due to very poor network, telephone connectivity issue is the biggest concern , students in this region are facing so much problems due to this issue, since students are having online classes due to covid pandemic

    Everyone is having sympathy with BSNL for being in loss. Leadership must think on this. Last month, I took FTTH service and spent around Rs 5000 for better service. Till that date, I am still suffering with poor speed and inconsistent service. @BSNLCorporate @cgmbsnlupe HELP
