    Problem not solve.BSNL send me bill of two months when phone is dead.when I can not pay two months bill then my connection disconnected.I can not expect this type of services from BSNL.reply my question.Thanks

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @BSNL_MH Resp sir , from last 3 month BSNL landline and broadband services of Mukut ban circle(Wani) dist yavatmal not working.i complaint 2 month before through Twitter then reply me than break down of OFC cable.but still

    @BSNLCorporate what kind of service is this? No wonder why people are leaving BSNL services. No incoming call and message in my bsnl number after recharge since 2 months. Complained several times in customer care but no result only false commitment.

    Haha..... BSNL has Rs 107 plan....and exists for social obligations and works well in rural India. Makes 1% profit, after a lakh crore support from GoI.

    I have been suffering from poor BSNL network connectivity for the last 8 months. πŸ“Location: Tardeo, Mumbai – 400034 I have registered numerous complaints and have a long list of complaint docket numbers as proof. However, BSNL Care repeatedly closes my complaints within an hour without resolving the issue. Every month I recharge my BSNL connection hoping the problem will finally be fixed, but nothing has changed. Around two months ago, I was informed that my complaint had been escalated to a higher level and I was asked to be patient. I have already waited long enough, yet there has been no action. Is this how BSNL treats its customers? Complaints are closed without resolution while customers continue to pay for a service they cannot use. I request your urgent intervention to resolve the network issue in Tardeo, Mumbai – 400034. I can provide all the complaint docket numbers as evidence.     @nepalimeow Nah bro, these leeches made sure in order to get OTP I need to recharge for 150rs + plus I need atleast 10gb per month emergency data when outside. If BSNL strengthen its network I will switch to that, because I don’t care about speed.

    @bsnl_care Bsnl ki side se only docket create hota and after 2days docket has been resolved only. But actually no problem solved from bsnl side . I have many times complaint but no solution

    @BABASAHEBM59571 @_kumbhkaran BSNL network coverage is as good as Rohit Sharma in tests. Glimpes of brilliance somewhere and dull in most of the times.
