    Problem not solve.BSNL send me bill of two months when phone is dead.when I can not pay two months bill then my connection disconnected.I can not expect this type of services from BSNL.reply my question.Thanks

    So much of talented and smart executives are working in BSNL, but management is not bothering, motivational factor is on negative side due to pay loss for 20 years, no promotion for almost 15 years, poor HRM

    @ca_manisha @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia True, No need to fight. In service industry, retaining the customer is key to growth, sadly the companies do not understand n take the customer for granted. Here service of BSNL FTTH is good. Relying on it majorly.

    @BSNL_CG_Circle please solve the server issues of bsnl Bharat fiber ASAP ,it seems BSNL is promoting other vender services by keeping it's server down and pathetic routing,whole chattisgarh is facing the same problem.even nobody bother to give information about why service down!!

    @BSNLCorporate,Area pin code 414105,Sonai,Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.Issue is with internet of BSNL fiber ftth getting shuts down frequently and the workers here have no solution on it.Solve this if possible otherwise we have to discontinue your services.Thanks
