Problem not solve.BSNL send me bill of two months when phone is dead.when I can not pay two months bill then my connection disconnected.I can not expect this type of services from BSNL.reply my question.Thanks

@BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @BSNL_MH Resp sir , from last 3 month BSNL landline and broadband services of Mukut ban circle(Wani) dist yavatmal not working.i complaint 2 month before through Twitter then reply me than break down of OFC cable.but still

@BSNLCorporate @BSNLJHARKHAND on 4th march, I gave the application to DEOGHAR BSNL office to change my BSNL fiber basic plus (60mbps) to fiber rural home wifi (cuz I live in a rural area) (30mbps), and they haven't changed yet. and selfcare portal hasn't support downgrade option
