    @i3JPRAiBZlTBYSb @ANI Wtf....you guys have got no brain???? After jio network services became cheap, most of the customers shifted to jio. It's a basic common sense. When competition is big, you have to change your strategy. Idea, vodafone, bsnl gone ..but airtel doing great.....

    @IasKundan @sanjeevsanyal Bsnl couldn't change according to need. She had excessive workers. It's govt undertaking can't through employees like private ones. PSUs themselves also contributed for bad performance along with policy decisions.

    @JioCare @hariomsk jio fibre fooling ppl with bad service... jiofibre shows good package but very dumb 4-5 days no service in pune hadapsar. no response from service engineer last 4-5 days every month. bsnl fibre is good and uninturrupted. we whole society banning jiofibre service soon.

    @airtelindia @mepratap @GoI_MeitY My parents live in Mysuru city. From the past 2 weeks there's bad internet on their phone [bcoz BSNL hasn't given broadband yet]. They have raised a complaint and still waiting for response. They can see their grandkids due to this. Please help.

    @BSNL_HP @BSNLCorporate what u guys are doing. Not a single customer care number available for prepaid users. I port my number to bsnl and it's not working. Whom to contact.really a big mistake of porting to bsnl
