    @bsnl_care DM? I have called customer support, raised complaints on the BSNL app and still nothing. I will raise a complaint on @jagograhakjago now to get me a recharge refund then will port.

    @Ravisutanjani Why can't BSNL make its service free for a few months like Jio did around its launch? The government is already spending a lot of money on BSNL and by making it free for a few months, BSNL could attract a lot of new users. Spectrum belongs to the government and they can do it.

    @Suni_tweet Are you serious? I have a bit different experience. I had BSNL landline connection and mobile SIM but never found it professional at all. Too much down time, poor network coverage, BTS without power back-up and very poor maintenance. Bhai saab nahi chalega.

    @Airtel_Presence a very dedicated disgusting service team who always fails to resolve issues, sr support promises some resolution the other team denies, the call support team disconnect calls , time to switch to BSNL and go legal... shameless provider

    @BSNLNORTHEAST2 BSNL service at Hayuliang PIN-792104 has been completely paralysed since the last 7 days. No one is found to restore it. SDOT Tezu has been informed on phone, but till today no restoration. Fin.Transactions badly affected as No OTP comes. Pl get it restored ASAP.
