    @BSNLCorporate this complaint is regarding poor bsnl fiber internet speed. i m not getting the speed,as promised,and also the cost is around 706/m. on the other hand airtel fiber has penetrated into ur territory,rendering good speed @580 only. pls. do something lest i'll go away.

    @DoT_India Hi Sir/Madam, I am a BSNL FTTH broadband user, but for 1 month I m very frustrated with the service, my account is 0591-2974956 location Moradabad. I have registered so many complaints but still broadband is down. No one pick calls, please help.

    @AwanishSharan @airtelindia I think now it's right time to switch to @BSNLCorporate If all switch we might have better services from bsnl too. As others are not really reliable these days. Just want to make money out of customer pockets.

    @DoT_India Thanks @DoT_India, but BSNL is giving the same assurance from last 6 months and till now I didn’t get any permanent solution. Every time they resolve the issue for a short time and next day I get the same issue.
