@airtelindia I am using airtel broadband from around two month now and I have paid for a year in advance. Every week I am facing some or the other issue. My internet is not working from past 36 hours. The support is pathetic. Before Airtel I was using BSNL, and I had no issue with them.

Dear @BSNLCorporate this is 2nd time in a month that bsnl network has gone down in jajpur road and there is absolutely zero communication, how are we supposed to run our business? Does @BSNL_OR think that everyone has a @reliancejio connection handy? Officials are so nonchalant
