It does not mean that #BSNL can avoid customer service. I personally patronize bsnl but their service is not improving and they don't care for complaints. @rsprasad @narendramodi

Better close down the #BSNL so that govt can hv surplus funds. @DoT_India @narendramodi

In a month almost 15 days internet doesn't work and there is bsnl contractor who gave the connection at the cost of 5k and took the responsibility is not responding properly and net is not working since past 2 days. I keep logging the complaints everyday & your staff simply closes it without talking to me or showing me the speed is adequate. Is this the best from BSNL or can I expect better service?
