@Mathisoft2007 @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL It is not the country loyalty. All Indians are loyal to their country. It does not mean that #BSNL can avoid customer service. I personally patronize bsnl but their service is not improving and they don't care for complaints. @rsprasad @narendramodi

@UnionBankTweets @CMDBSNL Plz refer my tweets 2nd JAN 2 till now I request that plz stop failure of OFFNET E-PAYMENT (*99# dialing USSD) posibly telecom provider is BSNL. My friends said same from MH, MP & CG. To avoid UBI customer's problem, I request you to support as earliest.

@reliancejio @JioCare my office is at a Midc place where we dont have proper net connection so if u could start the service it would be gr8full m force to u bsnl as we dont have any other fiberoptic provider plz do the needful

BSNL is a govt PSU having 100%share why 4G spectrum is not alloted intentionally it meance some vested interest observed BSNL is competent to compete the present scenario with the private opleratirs' services .it is prime duty of govt to settle or support to PSU like BSNL

@rsprasad you talk of 5G and @BSNLCorporate not able to provide broadband properly by @BSNLMH_Aurbad today since 19.45 hours it is down n this is a regular affair here since long. Better close down the #BSNL so that govt can hv surplus funds. @DoT_India @narendramodi

@RoutJagadish @Jagtars79108784 @narendramodi Yes sir, BSNL and comman Indian man wants to see a strong BSNL , however policies of government of India seems not supporting to BSNL which has reach in far flung remote areas and BSNL corporate must support this comman man vision to reality by reviewing DoT policies towards BSNL

Many times BSNL INTERNET fails or gets low signals resulting Stoppage of E-payments. A lot of time need to normalize it. If UPI ID of BSNL and process of offnet payment (*99# dialing USSD for digital transactions) be published publicly by BSNL than issue may solve in emergency.

I’m still unable to connect calls using VoLTE. When I contacted customer care, they only asked me to wait without giving any timeline or explanation. This is very frustrating. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possibl #BSNL #volte

Just around 3 km away there is IIT and other technical institutes, yet the network here is almost unusable. If this is the situation near such places, I cannot even imagine the condition in more remote villages.Honestly it feels like neither BSNL nor the government actually want

call just disconnects on its own. The sad part is that I tried BSNL around 6 months ago and at least 4G used to appear on the roof sometimes. Now even that is gone. The network has actually gotten worse. I have been seeing this same situation for almost 7 or 8 years

Ordered food from @dominos_india using @Swiggy with full payment in advance. Now both parties are neither able to track, deliver, or cancel my order. Both parties are pointing to the decade old BSNL landline number for the store which is already a piece of history for long.

If my network related problem and call drop is not solved within 48 hours then I will port out from BSNL. You guys have no shame, you file a complaint, and after 24 hours, the complaint problem hasn't been resolved. The complaint is automatically closed! @CMDBSNL

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW Is this the level of service customers should expect from BSNL? I have been a user of BSNL Bharat Fibre for the past 4 years. I always pay my bills on time, yet my internet connection keeps failing again and again. Sometimes it stops working for days. A few days ago, my internet completely stopped. The local vendor took my router saying it needed testing. After several days he returned and reinstalled it, but charged me ₹650 for it. Shockingly, the very next day the internet stopped working again with the same router problem. Today I called the vendor more than 20 times. Every time he said “I am coming soon,” but he never came. BSNL has also not responded to my complaint email. Because of this negligence, my family has been suffering and my children have not been able to attend their online classes. When I took this connection, I deposited ₹5000 as security. Despite being a loyal customer for years, this is the service I receive. At this point I have completely lost trust in BSNL. Even if the service is offered to me for free, I will not continue with it anymore. I am requesting BSNL to immediately cancel my connection and refund my ₹5000 security deposit along with the ₹650 I was recently forced to pay. If this is not resolved soon, I will escalate this issue through Consumer Court and public grievance platforms.
