It does not mean that #BSNL can avoid customer service. I personally patronize bsnl but their service is not improving and they don't care for complaints. @rsprasad @narendramodi

If UPI ID of BSNL and process of offnet payment (*99# dialing USSD for digital transactions) be published publicly by BSNL than issue may solve in emergency.

But ₹1 recharge is not available online. When will it be available online. If not, pls help. Otherwise, we have to cancel porting request.
