    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate If there is a power cut, the BSNL network in sattur pincode 626203 (including BSNL Sim Card and Broadband internet services) is not working. Kindly, take necessary steps to provide uninterrupted BSNL services during power cuts

    The customer care is just registering complaints for 2 days and asking me to wait for 24hrs everytime for 2days and doing nothing. So, it's customer duty to pay and then track complaints as well, while local service doesn't care at all.The worst customer service ever #BSNL (2/3)

    @BSNLCorporate I had connected to the legends of bsnl customer 1503 they had given shocking answer to me when i had told from Hyderabad immediately response given as "TOWER ISSUE". They are not listing my problem where i am staying
