Moh@n v@msi (@mhn_vam) reportedNo response from BSNL even after sending email regarding refund of security deposit for my closed copper broadband connection. My old copper broadband connection was closed during migration from Masab Tank to Bandlaguda Jagir because copper service was unavailable in the new area. As suggested by BSNL, FTTH connection was activated successfully with the same account details. However, the refundable security deposit amount is still pending. Requesting @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt @DoT_India to kindly look into this issue and help process the refund at the earliest. I can share connection/account details through DM if required.

I recharged ₹997 plan (150 days validity) while my ₹2399 plan was still active, but BSNL activated it immediately instead of after expiry. mobile no ending with -242. #BSNl
