    @BSNL_OD @BSNLCorporate I’ve been using BSNL mobile no. 9437912165 for several years. About a month ago, outgoing calls were suddenly barred, followed by incoming calls. Despite recharging and submitting all required documents, the issue remains unresolved.

    @Ajaykumaarji @bsnl_care Bro in my area whenever Electricity goes off, BSNL network also goes off. Literally everytime. Complained about it . Their officials visited my location & discussed issue with me and went away. That's it. Seriously they can't even have power backup for their tower.

    @IamAnupPall That's so big difference.. BSNL is actually doing good job, but the Govt must support BSNL with proper Funding & accurate Equipments.

    @aiamit1 Even the 5G from other operators has serious coverage issues, but BSNL surely takes the cake

    Let them fix their network issues with 2G/3G/4G first half of the time you trying to call BSNL user you will get answer out of coverage at least in my area.
