    One of my brother lost his mobile with BSNL SIM , He is Physically handicapped and Deaf & dumb person, He went to BSNL office to take the number but the BSNL employees said that the number holding more than year so they couldn't able to provide the number , Kindly help him onthis

    @BSNL_MH Dear BSNL, Try to improve your Landline and Broadband network and Fibre optic broadband network. In our house we have disconnected broadband due to non maintenance or bsnl fails to repair it .

    @BSNL_KTK Does BSNL needs 3 days to fix the issue everytime there is internet issues . No internet from last 3 days.sla is 3 working days.when does bsnl start caring about customers and their time.

    BSNL CUSTOMER CARE NO.1503 needs to be revamped. Very pathetic to see that BSNL is dying. HOPE Modijee injects some nutrients to revive BSNL to its golden era. My BSNL mobile is dead. Can anyone help

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl assured prompt resolution on 29th july but still issue not resolved. @BSNLCorporate ,@AshwiniVaishnaw
