One of my brother lost his mobile with BSNL SIM , He is Physically handicapped and Deaf & dumb person, He went to BSNL office to take the number but the BSNL employees said that the number holding more than year so they couldn't able to provide the number , Kindly help him onthis

@BSNLCorporate BSNL has done a very good job in some places in my area and is providing very good service, but when I go towards Kolkata, the signal is completely gone on the way to the train. And there is no network at all in Kolkata Metro.

@Indianinfoguide I am all for BSNL but poor management mired with the Sarkari mindset makes it unbearable. I have used BSNL for 6 years and then recently got one more SIM. Eventually, I had to port it due to a poor network.

@Indianinfoguide Investing in BSNL has become a waste of taxpayers' money. If it were a private company with the same budget and support, it could easily compete with Jio. But under government control and run by babus, we all know how that story goes.
