    One of my brother lost his mobile with BSNL SIM , He is Physically handicapped and Deaf & dumb person, He went to BSNL office to take the number but the BSNL employees said that the number holding more than year so they couldn't able to provide the number , Kindly help him onthis

    @BSNLCorporate I am subscriber of FTTH with phone No.04633295092. Again my fibre connection is lost. The person at the outsourced complaint phone number responded very casually as if it was not their problem. Sad to see the deterioration in service. God save BSNL!

    Hey @BSNLCorporate, One of my friend has been using BSNL broadband, and the issue is, the router provided by your vendor isn't doing great. We wanted to use it in bridge mode and use own router alongwith, but the vendor isn't providing us the router webpage credentials. (1/2)

    @BSNLCorporate Unable to get a BSNL fiber connection since Jan. Excuses ranging from people on leave, heavy winds, poles uprooted, take Airtel or Jio. Still have hope and generated a new booking reference number is EB20220500011425_795230. Good people given VRS and now 0 service.

    private sector option? Let me add here that I HAVE already taken an additional connection from a private operator as I have not had the BSNL service to depend on, and that line has been working very reliably since I subscribed to it. Over to you sir

    I am changing my words. Such a ******* network i never seen before. No internet coverage in chennai, always 2g connection. After many times dialing calls are reaching me. Don't go for BSNL.

    @Airtel_Presence Complaint was registers on 1st June and service will be provided on 6th June. Airtel has become BSNL

    automated customer service is hell & if anyone has internet service providers where you can speak to actual humans, pls lmk, looking to switch from this auto/robo/app nightmare. RIP BSNL where I could always reach a human being, death of the public sector was the death of service
