@BSNLCorporate Tried calling for a new connection, but the response was extremely poor. If this is how new customers are treated, how can we expect better service later? Please improve your support system — this is unacceptable in 2025. #BSNL

@BSNL_AS There is no use of these 4-10G advertisement ... I have been trying to get my bsnl low power issue since 1 month.! Your expert support team is just creating tickets and solving them without any real issues. If not solved I will switch to @airtelindia for fiber connection

@SureshYadavIN @Ravisutanjani @grok None. Currently the handover of towers in Mumbai is still pending from MTNL to BSNL, so most of the places there is no network. BSNL meanwhile wants to launch 5G in Mumbai without 4G, lets see how they launch 5G as BSNL will use 5G NSA and not SA.

@Indianinfoguide Say all this and then saddle BSNL with 4G technology and call it swadeshi movement Also First create the problem and make money and then cry about the problem and show some seeming customer friendliness, be it GST and now Telecom Curiously nothing against Adani yet
