One of my brother lost his mobile with BSNL SIM , He is Physically handicapped and Deaf & dumb person, He went to BSNL office to take the number but the BSNL employees said that the number holding more than year so they couldn't able to provide the number , Kindly help him onthis

@BSNLCorporate no internet in my area since last 2 days. The bsnl fibre service provider in my area does not even bother to pick up my calls. And this problem occurs every few days. The Bsnl fibre service is worst. My address is Avadh Kimberly, Palsana, Surat, Gujarat - 394310

@BSNL_JKD @BSNLCorporate I just wanted to check that I have a plan of 200MBPS than why I am getting downloading speed of 15 - 20 mbps. I wanted to know the reason before it was more than 25 MBPS but now a days its only between these range. I am always facing issue in BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate Hi, I am Narendran having the BSNL landline 044-29855940. In Jan month 2022 my bsnl phone and internet was not working for 3 weeks. I had raised more than 5 complaint request. After 3 weeks it was resolved, but I was charged for full one month billing.

@BSNLCorporate They are not responding. They say we cant refund this much. If service wire itself cut since last 7 months.... how cant you refund for all those 7 months.? Ask my local bsnl telephone exchange people about my concern & confirm if i am wrong.

I have a 100 Mbps BSNL FTTH plan. For the past 25 days, I've been getting extremely low internet speeds. I'm even unable to browse websites from my mobile phone. Local ISP & customer care ain't doing a thing. Pathetic Service!!! @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK
