    One of my brother lost his mobile with BSNL SIM , He is Physically handicapped and Deaf & dumb person, He went to BSNL office to take the number but the BSNL employees said that the number holding more than year so they couldn't able to provide the number , Kindly help him onthis

    @grok @BSNL_KL @bsnl_care It's not about frustration, we are expecting silver bar. But BSNL saying will give you Gold plated metal. It's focusing on ARPU for their salary. But can generate if provide customer centric plans.

    There cannot be any service worse than BSNL's service, it charges full amount, there is no network every day, if you are not able to provide the service then why don't you just shut it down. @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate

    @Ananth_IRAS Alstom's in India relies on components imported from China. restrictions on these imports by government entities like ICF have led to the company now facing quality issues with sourced parts.This mirrors ongoing technical challenges seen with BSNL 4G network is not working.

    @whatnwhyn I don’t know about the success or failure. But TCS and Tejas are involved in the 4G rollout and they might be able to help BSNL with the rollout. As far as I know 4G services has been rolled out last month with 5G preparations ongoing on existing infrastructure and they plan to roll out 5G by December in major cities and in all parts of India in the next 7-8 months.

    @AlokPatel @amar_shaila @akshaywcam1 Still use bsnl in my village. Bsnl was not bad but they destroyed it systematically what they are doing it now with best. Both are different business. Best can turn break even with proper management, effective routes.
