    One of my brother lost his mobile with BSNL SIM , He is Physically handicapped and Deaf & dumb person, He went to BSNL office to take the number but the BSNL employees said that the number holding more than year so they couldn't able to provide the number , Kindly help him onthis

    @bsnl_care Every day, for many hours, BSNL mobile network disappears. Despite reporting it to the local administration, still the problem persists. How do you expect people to operate with daily hours of outage ?

    There is regular interruption of service on our two numbers. Why such pathetic service BSNL? Complaint no. 1065789907 & 1065791209 is unattended. We pay 1886 per month for two connections still we get poor service? Why?? @BSNL_UPW
