    more work for them. THEY flouted TRAI guide lines by asking for old address proof. This shows how poor customer service is in BSNL. Complained to Minister of Telecom, CGM, GM by email and the issue is not yet resolved.

    My complaint no DOTEL/E/2025/0072490 posted in PG portal in respect of refusal to replace my 2G SIM with 4G SIM by BSNL office, Chuttugunta, Vijayawada remains unresolved. THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT LATEST AADHAR AND TO UPDATE THE LATEST ADDRESS IN THEIR SYSTEM SAYING THAT IT CAUSES

    @BSNL_KTK BSNL SIM paused, SIM service is not available even after 20 days. Even after going to the nearest branch and giving the required information and sending a mail, BSNL SIM is not working. The numbers given by BSNL staff are getting switched off.

    .@JM_Scindia #BSNL network sucks in Delhi. For those of us visiting from NE it's a nightmare. Seems @BSNLCorporate has abdicated its network to it's competitors. @PMOIndia
