    My plan have Free BSNL tunes with it, but I am not able to enjoy this service despite many efforts. I only hear the default ring, please fix it. @BSNLCorporate

    Believe me the service of Bsnl ISP's is worst. I book my bsnl fiber six months ago but i cannot get connection till date. And the ISP's cannot hear my problems. Please BSNL look into this. Hope you will improve. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate Also, kindly help me to understand how non payment of any previous due is related to SMS service issue that I’m facing now. As per my understanding, since the number is now ported in to BSNL, the LRN should have been updated to BSNL LRN as per TRAI regulations.
