@cgm_mh_bsnl Goa BSNL General Manager need to be on Twitter to understand the problems Goa bsnl customers. Service quality is very poor in Goa , JTo , SDM are not attending calls. I think Goa is under Maharastra circle @BSNLCorporate

Isn't Reliance planning to take-over BSNL by reducing its market value and cutting down the cost by sacking the employees and paying through the tax-payers money?

@BSNLCorporate Was forced to switch from bsnl broadband to Bharat FTTH with promise of a better connection & faster speed. But the connection is very slow & complaints are not being attended to. Have complained numerous times on whatsapp & online portal but nothing done so far.

@nakulvibhor There should be only incoming pack where you pay a nominal amount and get calls and SMS for 6 months. BSNL has increased the minimum recharge fm 107 to 147 and the signal is so poor that neither I get calls nor data. @TRAI

@nakulvibhor Previously they have allowed incoming for 7 days after validity over, now it just one day. For people using basic phone, does not need net pack at all. In the last 2 year basic plan charges doubled. BSNL recharge cost is less compared to jio or Airtel, but coverage is very poor.
