But the connection is very slow & complaints are not being attended to. Have complained numerous times on whatsapp & online portal but nothing done so far.

What about landline service which we were using for last 25 years, they don’t attend complaints of land line. I am using BSNL mobile which is 3G, private operators are offering 4G and shortly they will offer 5G,BSNL has no access to 4/5G

It had vanished betwn 10:40 & 10:45 & only 'E' signal was available. At 12:20 it was available just 4 a scond & vanished. So, I couldn't post anything during this time

They cannot reverse it unless only two numbers were different from my number. I also found out the other number is invalid and no recharge can be done. What to do? ₹1999!

Why? Coz ur 4G signal vanishes abruptly & only 'E' or no data signal is available. Such is the status of BSNL's service.
